The zipper broke on a jumpsuit outfit that I paid $66 for and they wouldn’t exchange it because the zipper was broken. 😂😂🤣 Make sure to check the clothes prior to purchase and do not remove the tag. I literally unzip the jumpsuit and it broke. I now have to spend my money and get it fixed at the cleaners, but the thing is why is that my inconvenience when I did not wear the outfit and the zipper malfunctioned. I understand that’s their policy, but a damaged zipper should warrant an EXCHANGE. I wasn’t even trying to return it. Shop at your own risk. I was going to go through my bank, but I’ll just get the zipper fixed. I’m just warning you. Clothes are cute, but you might get something that’s damaged and you WILL NOT, I repeat WILL NOT get an exchange or/and store credit. That’s my only issue. I know they are trying to deter ppl from wear clothes and returning them. I’m not the type and I even offered to show her what I wore instead. Luckily, I had a backup outfit.

This store always closing early and have the nerve to close the fitting rooms early like who wanna buy clothes that you cant try on and when its open they rushing you to hurry up and go in the fitting room before they close it down just beyond crazy and not to mention why do i have to tell them to add my purchase to my account so i can get my points they should ask do you have a account with us like the rest of the stores do, the closing the store early be blowing me on my kids im most decently will be getting in contact with corporate

Prices are veryyyyyy overrated I found an out for $45. but at Amazon, it’s $20 not my first time going in, liking something and it’s over priced I have my own store I just needed to run and grab something from somewhere else. and every time I go and I come out with nothing because I don’t want to feel robbed. Why it’s always little girls working in there were attitudes not even taller than 5’7 🤦🏾‍♀️I I want to who is the vendor?

Over the weekend I worked at one of my job’s other locations at Chicago Ridge mall. 2cute is my favorite place to buy jeans, so I went to their location to check out if they have more options than the one that I’m located by. Bought a pair of jeans & unfortunately they didn’t fit, so I’m like okay…I work right across the hall from a 2cute, I can just exchange them there. Went in there, found the jeans in the size that I needed. Went to the counter to do the exchange. I had the receipt & everything. Once the cashier scanned the receipt I was told that I had to do the exchange at the original store that I purchased them from. Why?!? It’s the exact same pair of jeans, same price, same company & I had the receipt. I’m not fully understanding why I would have to go all the way back to the 2cute in Chicago Ridge when I work ACROSS THE HALL from another one. They need to let customers know these things because now I have a pair of jeans that I can’t even fit & have to find time to drive over 30mins back to Ridge during my busy work week.

I wish there was a number to call the Corporate office. Management was very rude and extremely unprofessional. My daughter came in and bought the perfect outfit for her birthday, she tried it on at the store and it was perfect, exactly 2 days later on her Birthday when she went to put the outfit on the threading started to unravel at the zipper. She asked me to purchase a sewing kit and I told her no because she just purchased it, they should have no problem allowing you to exchange it, in which we were wrong because they would not accept it, she was told “how do we know that this wasn’t a self made hole”. I said everything in this store is overpriced and we still decided to make a purchase, she hasn’t worn it, the tag was still on the garment and she had her receipt and she said it’s on the receipt that there are no refunds or exchanges on this clothing item. My daughter in turn said mama don’t worry about it, it’s my birthday and I don’t want anything to ruin it but as we left she was extremely upset. The manager went to check every piece of the exact same item just to come back and say none of the other ones had this problem so we can’t help you. She could’ve simply told us when we first came to the register, I apologize but it’s right here on the receipt that we can’t exchange this item no acceptions instead she was rude and had not a care in the world. I will never come back to this establishment and I will not recommend that anyone shops here. I know you have plenty who love it and still will come in but when you know better you do better. Management needs to be trained on how to properly handle situations like this one. It could’ve been a very different outcome if she had approached the situation in a more professional manner instead of trying to impress her fellow coworkers and the other customers in the store with how rude and uncaring she could be. My daughter is a business major and she learned first hand on how not to be. I pray your establishment continues to thrive despite of the poor decisions made to put people in place who don’t appreciate the blessings set before them.

Awesome customer service and very cute clothes. It's just a little pricey so I only shop here for parties or events, not for everyday clothing. Everyone is so kind and helpful, love the twins. There is one young chocolate skinned girl there with a black bob hairstyle that works here. She comes to my rescue everytime to help me find what I need. I appreciate the way you guys handle customers.

Stopped by here a few days ago while at the mall. While they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories....the customer service is VERY POOR. No one speaks, no one greets you, no one asks if you need any help. I left, and will not be spending my money in a place where everyone who works there seem cold. No thank you!

They didn't want me to try on an accessory item. Not like it was underwear. Then the dressing room was filthy. Dust and dirt on the floor. They don't sweep there I guess. Plus, don't bring any children in the store. The music was blasting the uncensored versions of trap music. No care that young ears may enter. Low grade ghetto shopping at its finest. Some cute cheap clothes and in there along side stripper attire. It was cool, but they can step up the class a tad bit more.
