Far as pricing and clothing options i love but the manger Lorenzo is very rude. Please find better management becuase he is not it. Not helpful at all and always has a nasty attitude. Do better

Horrible service! The lady just stared and watched us. No greeting and never offered any assistance. The lady was Looking in my baby stroller as if we had stolen . Honey my baby and I just went on over to Macy’s and got he suit…….

Went inside this store Thursday, 8/5 at 12:30pm. There are at least 5 employees in this store (1 mopping the back floor, 1 cashier, 2 women working on the walls, another one standing in the back area eating) and zero have even offered help. I cannot find the uniform shirt nor bottoms needed for my child. They don’t have the pattern nor sizes desired. Another customer overheard me and told me to go to School Zone Uniforms in College Park area. However, I need something right now. I asked if there were fitting rooms and they said no. The woman eating said I can put the shirt on over my child’s clothes to see the fit. It was a size 3T button up shirt on a hanger. Here came an African man telling me you can’t try the clothes on! How am I supposed to know what size to get my 3 year old if this is my child’s first time in uniforms and you employees are zero help? Not to mention there’s not a single 4T sized collared shirt (def not in yellow) anywhere out and none of your employees respond to my questions? Never again will I shop at this junky disorganized store. Even though my child’s school said to get the uniform from here. I’ve currently been waiting in a long line to pay for 17 minutes and counting. It’s still 8 people in front of me. Only one cashier and no one has offered to help her checkout customers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier said it was no price tag on the shirt I had so she had to go get another one. She walked so incredibly slow, no sense of urgency. There were now 11 people behind me waiting to checkout. $18.34 for a skort with many loose threads hanging out and the wrong type of yellow shirt. Never again!

I have often patronized this location and others. This store now has a policy requiring you to leave shopping and personal bags at the front of the store. I politely left w/o buying anything and I won’t be back until this policy changes. Please stop shopping at stores that profile and treat their customers like criminals BEFORE a crime is committed.

The Cashiers move VERY VERY slowly. The sizes are off... I WILL NEVER shop here again unless I have time to waste. awful and I've been in other stores with longer lines that moved faster.

This needs to become a store on its own with its own website. This store is amazing i shop here everytime i come to southlake, the prices are great and affordable.

If anyone has a corporate number/email it would be much helpful, as these location's management has time and time again been sloppy and I can't get anywhere with getting any resolution to my issues.
