Roxie is the only reason I go in and support the Goodwill in Gray! She has the most kind heart.
As far as the store, well it's so overpriced it ridiculous!!! All the middle ga stores are over priced. Goodwill claims non profit but they are straight up profiting!! 14.99 for a sweater that still has the clearance store tag on it? Shoot no!!! People have donated to goodwill. Not sold, donated. Given stuff for free. But greedy old Goodwill gonna jack those prices way up.

And Lisa? Honey she thinks the whole dang store is her personal stash. She'll have certain color clothing in a buggy and once you start going through it, she yells at you and tells you you can't have it. GREEDY!!!!!!

Very disappointed on the way they label stuff to try and get more money when it’s suppose to be a none profit. Labeling a T-shirt as Halloween costume because it says boo on it it’s ridiculous. And when asked about it they even said it wasn’t a costume. If that’s the case it shouldn’t be label as one

Clean, near, warm, uplifting environment! I frequently visit here! And recommend it highly! Big selection always new and plenty and. Cheaply priced but good quality and conditions of products and inventory and has career/job/mental health services as well!!!

Update: the last time I was at this location months ago when they changed Manager's they went up on all prices. You could buy stuff cheaper at the other local Goodwill store in the area. I haven't been back since.

They were very rude to me yesterday they had a sign that said all adult shoes were 5.99 and they charged me 12.99 for the pair I wanted,I asked why the sign if it didn't mean the truth, I told the Manager that was a scam and they had lost a customer. The same time I wanted to buy a small flower swag and because it had no price tag they could not price it they said it had to be put in the back for 24 hours before it could be sold. They are not the store we are used to and I will donate somewhere else and shop elsewhere , obviously they don't need my business anymore.

A couple of weeks ago, I donated a large amount of toys and clothe to this goodwill. Later that night my daughter realized that she had accidentally placed her favorite stuffed cat in the donation bag. The next morning ,I called and explained to the manager what has occured. She told me that they would do their best to find it but couldn't guarantee anything, about lunch time, I get a phone call that they had found my daughter's stuffed cat. Theu were so exceptionally nice about the whole situation and it was greatly appreciated. Shout out to Ms. Lisa, the manager that made this happen for my daughter.

I dont know who prices this stuff. They need to keep their prices down on alot of stuff they are selling. Especially it's all donated. People go there because they cant afford the bigger stores. $8.00 dollars and up for a pair of jeans. I can go to walmart and buy jeans for $10.00. Ill pay $10.00 for new instead of $8.00 for used. They can still sell them and other things for pennys on the dollar and still make profit. Yea you have to pay overhead and other things but still dont get rich off people. I guess 50 cents is 50 cents between new and used. But damn.
