This Ace is by far the best of the BEST!!! They have a great selection and their staff is SO nice! I saw something online that I wanted to purchase, was able to call the store to place my order over the phone and it was promptly shipped! Not only was it promptly shipped, it was truly wrapped with care. I will definitely go out of my way to purchase from this store. Their customer service can’t be beat!?

Ace of Gray has become a staple for my weekend projects. The staff has taken the time to ensure I know how to operate equipment I've rented (trencher, stump grinder, cement saw, and many others). The bulk yard materials (top soil, sand, mulch, river rocks, gravel, etc) are at a great price point. While they don't have everything I need, they always have the specialty items that I can't find at the big box stores.

Amazingly clean and stocked. I've never been to an Ace store this nice! Super friendly staff, gorgeous garden area and they have such a wide selection of trees and plants plus such cute gift merchandise. My son loved the koi pond. I'll definitely be back there!

I have been going to Ace of Gray for about 10 years now even though they are alot higher on everything than Lowes or Home Depot. I have am the type person who likes to keep and spend my money in the town I live in.But after today the way I was talked to by one of the lumber guys and then by Chris the GM I will not be back in there for anything . I will gladly take my business to Tractor Supply of Gray and Lowes from now on. I'm not going to say what I was told to do by Chris the GM but Lowes sure will be thankful he did.I hope the good people of Gray show Ace of Gray that we don't appreciate being talked to just any kind of way and take there business else where also. If Ace don't want people parking back in the lumber area they need to close the gate I had a 20 ft trailer I was pulling gate was up so I pulled on back there.
