Markdown items are final sell. I was gifted a pair of shoes, had receipt, but wasn't allowed to make even exchange. I got the exact same shoes only larger size. I had to purchase said shoes. Not happy!

The most judge mental and rudest employees we’ve ever seen. We went in to buy a pair of shoes and the 3 kids working upfront pointed at us when we walked in. My husband got one of the guys to get a pair of shoes for him to try on. The guy acted as if it were a problem and he didn’t want to get them. He finally got them and then they followed us around the store like we were trying to steal the shoes. We left the shoes at the counter and left. We will never go back ever. We’ve shopped here on several occasions and it’s always a very judge-mental rude environment. They always treat you as if you’re a thief. We will not be back!

The workers were not only rude but also came off as judgmental and unaccepting. They seemed to have no concept of kindness towards anyone who doesn't fit their narrow view of who belongs there. To make matters worse, they walked around doing nothing, offering no assistance or service whatsoever.

The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I felt out of place from the moment I walked in. The prices are way too high for the poor service and unkind bland treatment . I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive and inclusive environment.

Escape is an awesome store. The staff were super friendly and greeted us as we walked in. The variety and choice of products were great as well. Definitely a cool "outdoor" type store

The kids in this store aren’t helpful at all. They just want to stand around and talk to each other. I ended up buying shoes online at another company because they were rude and acted as if we were bothering them to let us see a shoe. I can’t help it they are put up in the back, I have to ask for help.

Lots of outdoor items to purchase.
In the rear of store, there is a shoe department. OnCloud and Altra are the main brand of shoes.
The store is clean and well organized. The clerk greets everyone on the way in and check in after a few minutes to see if they can assist the customer.

Immaculate service, knowledge, and effectiveness while shopping, placing a speciality order, and having the product shipped across country once they received the product. They ensured quality product by inspecting the shoes prior to shipping them out to me - and followed up via calls and emails ensuring my order was received promptly and with satisfaction. The manager was kind and understanding when I called in with a gift card question and eagerly took care of all my questions and concerns. Very grateful to have selected this store to purchase my On Cloud Shoes - definitely worth it!
