If you are size 14 and up, then you need to come here. Customer service was the best I've had in a long time. The dude was so accommodating and helpful. They have everything in our size. Boots, sneakers and steel toed of both. PLUS SOCK!! I got a pair of Dunham boots and training shoes. I have never had shoes this comfortable, that actually fit me, in my life. Plus both pairs that I got were the same price as the New Balances I used to buy online. Much higher quality though. They are also making skateboard/walking shoes like Vans and Converses in our size!! This company will have my business for the rest of my life.

I order my husband shows 14 9E which is hard to find and I am pleased. My husband has no more pain and the shoes are just the right size. One issue I have, I wish they more of a variety of brand sneakers and work shoes that has good arch support and thin socks for men with size 9E. Thank you big feet

I placed my first order about eight months ago, purchasing two pairs of men's size 20 shoes. I've worn one pair almost daily, and it's still in excellent condition. Last week, I bought another pair of shoes and a pair of sandals, along with several pairs of socks—my first socks in my size in years. Everything is of such high quality, clearly built to last, and the shoes look great too. I will definitely be placing many more orders in the future. Additionally, despite living in northern Canada, the standard shipping was fast, with my order arriving within a week.

The product I ordered was great. Nice quality, my husband was happy. However, the service I received after my order arrived was disappointing, at best.

Due to medical necessity, I requested UPS overnight shipping. Because I have managed a UPS Store for almost 9 years, I knew if there was a delay that I would be due a refund from UPS (not 2BigFeet). I handle these types of service refunds daily and I am well versed as to what is covered and what is not covered.

When I called to ask 2BigFeet to request a service refund from UPS, I explained the delay was due to a mechanical failure, which is a covered refund from UPS. I was told someone would get back with me within a couple days with an answer. Well, I received an email a week later stating that their UPS representative said that weather and mechanical issues are not covered. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! I don’t know if the UPS representative lied to the 2BigFeet group or if the 2BigFeet group just lied to me! I sent a responding email containing my business card and a copy of the UPS terms. I also told them in the email they could look on page 27, section 53.2 (I highlighted this section also) that shows the exclusions for the service refund. MECHANICAL FAILURE IS NOT LISTED AS AN EXLUSION!

I even went one step further and spoke to UPS directly on 2 occasions, they looked at the circumstances of my shipment and confirmed that this is eligible for a service refund but it must be initiated by the shipper, 2BigFeet, who has refused to do that! When I spoke with UPS yesterday, they also informed me that it is now outside the 15 day window to request this service refund!!

It takes time to find someone that carries quality shoes in sizes 16 and up. I am now forced to explore other options to purchase my husbands shoes. I don’t take being lied to lightly!

I’m born and raised NYC upper Manhattan and they way she spoke to me was a breath of fresh air When I order again I sure hope it’s her She should be awarded customer service agent of all time Her voice had me smiling from ear to ear

I have been shopping with this website for my husband for 13 years and they never disappoint. Shopping for larger size shoes is so painful, and they always make the process a smooth one. Recently my husband was diagnosed with a foot condition requiring him to have certain features on his shoes and my email thread back and forth with questions while they checked each shoe out for me was quite extensive, and they stayed patient and kind the entire time.
