Just went in to get an old line and number removed from my account and add a new line, number and phone. Ami Wolven went above and beyond to help us, answer questions and make things as quick as possible. She was very friendly, informative and straight and to the point. The best customer service I've ever gotten at a Verizon store.

Chloe was amazing! Issues with moving our numbers over ended up keeping her in store 30 min after close just to make sure we could walk out with our phones. Above and beyond to make sure we could keep our numbers when most people probably would have gave up and told us to get new numbers dealing with what issues she had to.

This was the 2nd time I have used this store & Ami helped me both times. She is the best! She is always nice & she knows what she is doing. She is always super helpful and doesn’t seem to mind spending the time it takes to get everything done when setting up new phones. I won’t go to any other store as long as she’s at the Rockmart store!

Madison easily made this our best experience we have ever had in a cell phone carrier store. We live 2.5 hours away and were visiting family for the holidays. My sister told us we needed to speak with her because she was "awesome". We did and once we left, we had switched carriers and were able to buy 3 new phones and 2 devices, all while saving money. She personally offered to drive to a different store to pick up a phone we needed.

If we ever need anything else regarding Verizon, we will gladly make this drive just to go to her store.

Ami was so awesome. Definitely a stress free and enjoyable experience. All the employees in the store helped me setup my new phone and made the whole process pressure and hassle free .

Also , that sweet lady deserves a raise !!!!
