This place has seriously gone down hill. I've been coming here since they were at their previous location. There's always junk in the bins (stuff you can get under a $1 at Dollar General), tons of broken items and items incomplete from people opening at the bins. The staff is incredibly rude and obviously have their "favorite" customers. They have rules not posted such as customers can leave their bags at the door and come back later to get in the front of the line, while other customers had been actually standing in line. They allow customers to save spots for family & friends and even allow cutting in line. This place truly lacks integrity as well as moral ethics when it comes to running this business. Even the auctions both in person and online are trash. I stopped going in person because unless you're a reseller you can't win anything worth getting. Both auctions people bid items up so high they may as well go to the store and pay retail for the items. These types of places are supposed to offer its customers a "deal" instead they "steal" your money and give you crap. I don't recommend this place and honestly I would rather go to Hinesville Amazon Bin store than throw my money away here again.

It’s great I went on a Friday when everything was a dollar. This day you can’t open the boxes under the inspection table but there’s usually a description on the box and for a dollar it’s worth the risk. I got some cool stuff like a waxing kit. A bottle of pure castor oil. I wish there was a closer outlet to Brunswick.

They sell and auction cheap items from places like dollar general. I saw an auction recently where they were auctioning 4 packs of baby wipes, which ended up selling for more than they were worth. I noticed that a majority of their bidders are elderly folks, and I came across quite a number of auctions that went above original price. This place seems to be using predatory and deceitful business tactics that specifically target the elderly population who may not know how to check item prices, just simply trusting the “deals” and “steals” the name implies. It’s covert price gouging and downright wrong.

This business posted a fake/doctored Taylor Swift autographed guitar to their Facebook page for a bid war. I commented on the post making bidders aware that it was not a genuine item as it was never even sold by Taylor’s merch team. The business decided to block me from their page and continue the sale.

They have a lot of great return items. Especially from Depot. And Electric Saws, Nail Guns and an aray of Electrical Equipment from Lowes in its Auction on Tuesday and Friday Nights My People. To bid Pick up and Buy!

This bin store offers good things HOWEVER They have a zero exchange policy. They have an area to open boxes in The store before purchase which is great and I utilize but if something comes in pieces they don’t look at the manual and count pieces to make sure it’s all there. I made that mistake 1 time won’t be making it again. Every store has a policy in black and white but this is a grey area.. Be adamant of pieces being accounted for before you leave don’t buy things you have to put together from here.

I've been in here atleast 5 times, and every time I've been in here the employees are nasty and rude. I spend my hard earned money and get looked at with a side of nasty comments. Wont be coming here again.
