Earlier this summer I reached out to Wild Willies after they were recommended by CJC Offroad where I purchased nearly of Carli Suspension products for my 2018 F250 Limited. Typically they have a policy of not installing customer provided parts, but were willing to make an exception because everything was brand new in box. They were quick to respond with a quote and a time I could bring the truck in. I'm located in SC and with my work schedule was not able to take the truck myself. I had a delivery driver take the truck after hours, then brought it back to me a few days later when it was complete. Despite not ever being there, the experience was top notch.

I've put nearly 10,000 miles on everything since then and my truck rides like an absolute dream with the full Carli Backcountry suspension. Thank you Chad Hamm for the assistance and quick responses!!

I wouldn't recommend no one I know to this company. I ordered a f350 2022 from my dealer and had my truck dropped shipped from the factory to them. The reason why I went with them cause of all the YouTube videos they had done with trucks like mine. I laid everything out for them, from pictures on how I wanted my truck done. Everything still got messed up they wanted to do what they wanted to do on my truck. They do not send pictures of the whole process you will have to beg them for pictures. Once I got pictures, I told them one of my 4link arms from wick customs were upside down I asked them to change before I pick my truck up "his answer was they look good to them". So, I had to have someone else change them and once I looked under the truck paint was chipped off both arms. After having my truck for about week, my paint on my headlights started to chip and the whole light wasn't painted so they changed them out. The ones they changed out have seal problems. I can't wash my truck without water getting in my head lights. My whole head light went out, I will have to buy new heads and have someone else redo them. The 3rd Brake light they installed is cracked. I also have parts at their shop that I requested to send to me but no response back.

Took my daughter's new truck (purchased at Akins) to have the bed liner and leather installed. Upon entering I spoke with Walt, who obviously felt like I did not know what I was talking about and asked if I was sent with a list. I informed him I did not have a list but knew exactly what I wanted done to the truck. I left the truck with them to have the work done, the leather had to be ordered, but no one reached out to schedule. In the meantime Scott the sales manager, (and the only person at the dealership invested in making me feel comfortable) followed up on our purchase, and I informed him of the situation next door, therefore I was finally contacted to schedule installation. The day I dropped of the truck, I walked in and spoke again with Walt, who said two things to me, I need the keys and call you when it is done. I sat in the parking lot debating leaving the truck there after being treated like a third class citizen, despite dropping $3000 additional dollars. Then I let it go. I picked the truck up today, I will say it looks amazing and we love it. However, I never received an apology from anyone in the building, and felt very uncomfortable during my four visits. All and all I have learned that family friendly only applies to those who bring husbands and sons in the building. I have bought four trucks from Akins, and been to Wild Willies on multiple occasions. I will never go back.
