The owner was one of the sweetest women I've met. Doing great work. All proceeds go to help women in need. No one takes any pay at this store. It's not the prettiest, it's not the most well organized, but it's the friendliest thrift store I've ever been to. That means more to me than aesthetics.

We just had the worst experience here. My daughter found a dress form for American Girl dolls and she is just learning to sew and was really excited to find it. The price on the bottom said $5. The the lady had the nerve to tell us it wasn’t for sale, the price on the bottom was what she paid for it (at another thrift store?). My daughter was in tears crying because of how mean she was about it. Seriously not ok.

Found a necklace made by the employee there that was very unique and special to me. Also they have 100's of Hawaiian shirts for reasonable prices. We found 2 for my husband. Very meat stuff in this store.

Being from North Idaho and to me the price on clothes was quite high. Now I'm wondering what a shirt might sell retail. Shirt and tops at our local thrift store is under $10. Clean. Friendly and fun to look around.

this thrift store is the best i’ve seen in years . the volunteer workers are very kind and welcoming to all . the clothing , especially aloha wear , is reasonably priced and is in very good condition . the workers are also willing to bargain , and help the needy that come their way .

Love this thrift shop. Lots of Aloha Spirit, lots of great items. Unlike most thrift shops, King's Daughters is very clean and welcoming. Every time I visit the Big Island I always make my way up to Kainaliu to visit The King's Daughters. 🙂
