This is a must stop for me anytime I visit Hawaii! I got a couple pairs of shoes here and every time the staff just goes above and beyond to make ensure I get everything I need while on vacation. Last time I was there the Assistant Manager Tawni helped me and was super helpful and nice. Not sure what the other reviews are complaining about, this is my favorite store!!!

I really don't know how a reputable mall like Ala Moana let a scam like this happen right under their nose. They are literally selling stuff for 500% markup to kids, with no refund or exchange. Sketchiest business in that mall.

They are con artist they will sell you shoes knowing that they put 2 different sizes in the box. When I try to contact them over instagram because they have no number to call them and they just ignored my messages I’m definitely going to have to report them the the Better Business Bureau. I bought some Jordan’s for my son and they purposely put a 8c shoe in the box with a 10c. They checked them at the counter and no one says a word. It feels like fraud to me

I holidayed in hawaii this year and purchased a pair of shoes for 250 USD (close to $350 AUD) when I recently came across the same shoe in hawaii for $180 AUD
