Omg yes! We are out here on vacation and stumbled on their bakery across the lot. Then came to get coffee here. Ended up getting a few pastries and have come back every morning for coffee and breakfast! Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had! The biscuits have a hint rosemary and a tiny sweetness! Wow! Just wow! Please send the recipe ?
The cinnamon rolls are moist not dry! They offer different flavors of cinnamon rolls and so far all three have been heaven. We also got the savory scone with sun dried tomatoes…tastes like a gourmet pizza! Again, not dry either! Absolutely amazing! Good job guys!

Five is just not enough stars to rate this amazing little gem of a deli! I guess I could best describe it as a "gourmet grab-n-go." You can get high quality sandwiches and baked goods that are made from wholesome ingredients with the same convenience as fast food. They also offer all of your favorite coffee and espresso beverages that are made with 100% Kona coffee and they even make their own flavor syrups. And yes! They also sell their own gelato that looks absolutely delicious!

My experience: I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady named Allie. She and a sweet young man were really hustling to get everyone's orders filled but they never stopped smiling and were happy to talk story with me while they worked. I got a Lavender Cappuccino that had an amazing zing of spice that perfectly complimented the rich boldness of the Kona espresso. Wow! Starbucks couldn't even hold a candle to this! I also got one of my all time faves: the butter croissant. This type of pastry may be high on the difficulty scale to prepare correctly, but these folks nailed it! Rich and buttery, lightly sweet taste with such a delicate and flaky texture. Mmm! Definitely a "piece de resistance!"

Obviously, I can't recommend this little deli enough. It definitely has all the vibes. I can't wait to return for a sandwich and some of that beautiful looking gelato!

My reason for loving this deli is simply the cappuccino. They make their own syrups and know how to make a proper coffee! Go in and check out their lavender cappuccino. The Best!! ? ?

Stopped here for sandwiches to take to volcano national park. Ended up also getting scones. Soooo happy we did. Everything was delicious!!! Highly recommend.

Best coffee shop in puna by far. Wonderful quick spot to grab a coffee and a delicious baked good before work. Glad you guys added this shop in addition to your bakery!

I think this might be the best food on the island. Fresh, tasty, home made, different every time. Everything is fantastic. Reasonably priced. Very fresh. Love it!!!

We stopped in the Kea'au deli to try out the food and we were pleasantly surprised with the selection even though we came later in the day so many things were sold out.
We settled on two solids, a scone, and a portobello mushroom sandwich, all of which were delicious and the total was $30.
There is not a sit-down area in this particular spot, so this is more of a takeaway station. They will heat up your sandwiches if needed, and they do fresh breakfast sandwiches and a variety of baked goods.
The salad was really good, it was fig, spring mix, tomatoes and goat cheese with a house vinaigrette and it also comes with a sizable biscuit that was cheddar and rosemary.

If you're looking for a quick takeaway lunch, this is great spot!

My wife and I stumbled upon this cute deli on the way to visit Volcano National Park. Wonderful sandwich selection and friendly staff. We recommend the mozzarella tomato basil sandwich on sourdough - the bread was amazing!!
