I normally enjoy shopping at City Trends. We stopped in on a road trip to Little Rock. I was not impressed. The store was very unorganized and messy. We were not even spoken too. Prices were reasonable but, we felt uncomfortable and left without a purchase this time. We will circle back hope to have a better experience.

This is my favorite place to shop for casual clothes. I'm a big man but I never have a problem finding pants and shirts my size. The challenge is finding clothes age appropriate, you don't want to be 60 years old dressed like you're 16.?

My sister in law and I came in the other day to try to return scrubs, we had the tags just not attached and the receipt and the person at the desk was sweet but the boss was so unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe how rude someone can be towards customers sometimes.

I went here yesterday to pick up. A few things. I was completely astonished when I saw a newborn in a stroller behind the counter with the other cashier. It was way too hot in the store to have a newborn in there for God knows how long.

I just stopped by the store to pick up a few things walked up to the door. It was 5:31 PM. The store is supposed to be open until 6 PM. There was people inside shopping but the door was locked two people standing at the register area I called the store four times while I was standing, outside the door, I could physically see the two people standing there and neither one would answer the phone. If businesses are not gonna stay open until their advertise time they shouldn’t be open at all.
