I was working around Auburn (about an hour from home) and blew a heater core hose fitting. In a panic, I called Napa and they had the parts and everything I needed to get back up and running. Don was very professional, kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable on my specific issue and walked me through the whole process step by step. He even loaned me a specialty tool even though he had never met me before. I will be getting all of my auto parts from him from now on as I travel through town, that’s how good of service I got from Don. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called 6/26/2017 to inquire about a specialty oil this store sells. I wanted to get a local price to save on shipping if possible. I was placed on hold and a few seconds later was told that oil doesn't exist. When I tried to tell him that it did exist and I had used it (and could order it from the company rep) and why I was calling, he said "good day" and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager and owner (Tom). I asked why he hung up on me and he said "our business was finished". I then explained why I called in the first place and he had no response. If he would've said "maybe they make it, but I can't get it" or "let me give them a call and see" or anything but "good day" and a *click*. Lots of posts about "great customer service", but this seems like pretty bad customer service when I'm trying to give them business and he's pushing it away, it would've taken him an extra second not to be a jerk about it and I would've moved on quietly.
