I love shopping here the girls are so nice and helpful every time. They always have warm welcoming smiles. I just wish they would examine their stuff they take in better. I know you cannot expect used clothes to be perfect but still it’s frustrating. Even tho it’s second hand, I got a sweater that wasn’t cheap and found a pretty big yellow stain on the sleeve when I went to wear it. Sadly isn’t the first time this has happened to me here.

Nice store. A little on the pricier end for a resale shop, but that being said, they seem to carry only higher-end name brands. Not much for Men's clothing, but that's probably about standard, I suppose.

The store itself is tasteful. I’ve been trying to get rid of all these nice designer clothes I have in totes that no longer fit, and I thought consignment at Sequels might be better than Poshmark, where they’ve been slow to move.
Sequels took a pair of size 6 Nine West leather pants with tags - retail $159 - even though off season.
On 3/30, I was told I had until May something to get my clothes - I remember she had mentioned memorial weekend. I went yesterday - a week before Memorial Day to discover those pants had been surrendered almost a month ago and they own them now.
I really didn’t care about anything else but these pants I definitely wanted back.
I asked if I found them whether I could take them and girl said ‘no’.
I hate feeling played or being lied to (3/30). The agreement already favors the business - and I get that’s the way the world works these days - but then to misrepresent.

In response to Sequels: On 3/30 when I was told May, I believe I only had one drop off. Additionally, the expiration on my pants had not occurred yet. You have some 40 pieces of mine, at least a few new with tags.

1. I want my one pair of pants back. I did this to make money - not make YOU money.
2. Please educate your staff.

Best place around to get high quality clothing/accessories at an amazing price. Chic look, warming staff, and also stylish. They inspire you to be fashionable every time I go in. DOLLAR RACKS are a must. Also, keep an eye out for the outside events!

Edit: I now live in Colorado & still make sure I can get into Sequels when I come back home to visit 🙂

Love this quaint little shop with good prices. Unique variety of items, everything from shoes to jewelry! Plenty of parking but area is a bit congested, just be alert. After reading other reviews I must say that I've never had a problem with anyone being rude! One visit I believe an employee was deep in thought when I walked in, because after a few minutes she was fine. Everyone has bad days & maybe the women who go there are close minded & typical women, certainly have run into plenty of those in my life! Life is too short...check this place out, it's definitely worth it! ?

They have nice stuff, but their prices are very high. Might as well shop on eBay. I WAS going to by one sweatshirt from them for $17, but when I went to check out the girl at the counter was said "Oh...no, this price isn't right. This was supposed to be $50." So I politely left. Any other resale shop would have honored the price on the tag.

My favorite consignment store in the area. I love them because I know that they only accept only the best quality clothing. They are affordable for what you are getting..the staff are beautiful and so helpful and greet me everytime with the biggest smiles and if I ever decide its time to part with my own clothing I know just where to go!!

Great selection of men's clothes for each season. Most of the men's clothes are brand new with tags and half the price. Staff is super friendly. Just wish they were open Sunday!!
