Bliss Bridal saved me on the morning of my wedding day!! When I realized I had forgotten to pick out a veil, my first call was Bliss Bridal. The lady that answered my phone call jumped at the opportunity to help me and immediately made me feel like everything would be okay. After emailing them a picture of my dress, they selected a veil to compliment it. They pressed it for me and packaged it up for my brother in law to pick up on his way to the wedding! I put my complete confidence in this shop and they did incredible things! The veil was perfect, just the right color and amazing quality. And to top it all off, they sent a bridal survival kit with my veil which I immediately busted open at the venue to use. They thought of everything and I cannot thank these ladies enough! I'll be talking about this story for awhile, they made my brother in law into a superhero on my special day. Thank you!!

From the moment that I walked in, I did not feel a great vibe with the place. The young girl behind the desk was making comments under her breath about one of my daughters, the associate that helped me with dresses was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Any of the dresses that were too big had to be held in place by her hand, there weren’t even any clips to send you waste…I put a hefty deposit down on a dress that I was insured to be cleaned, re-beaded, any tears or snags fixed, before final purchase; and when I called back a few days later to have your associate reiterate this, I was told that that was not correct. The whole experience was very impersonal, and I will probably eat the cost of that deposit in order to go to a different boutique.

Came here with my sister as a walk in looking for something a bit more budget friendly. Was greeted with kindness until she heard the budget we were looking for and then she basically abandoned the entire lobby for a good chunk of time. When she came back out she made sure to let us know we wouldn’t be finding anything we’re looking for and might want to check somewhere else. The whole experience was displeasing and the rep was just flat out rude. Pretty inventory, questionable staff. Won’t be returning.

What an awesome experience it was to find my wedding dress at Bliss Bridal and Prom! Working with Melanie to find the perfect dress was so fun and she made me feel completely comfortable…she is so nice and friendly! I’m so glad I decided to check this place out. All of my maids found their dresses here as well!

Alli and the ladies at Bliss were so kind and helpful! My kiddo, who happens to be autistic, needed a tux for Best Buddies Prom. They treated him with such kindness and were truly excited for him. We had no idea where to begin and Alli helped us narrow it down and not be too overwhelming. This Mama Bear is very appreciative.

Staff is very attentive and they offer options for all body types. No high pressure sales people here, but always happy to assist when needed. In house alterations, jewelry, prom, bridal, special occasion and tuxedos. They have it all! Great pricing, and lower sales tax than the stores up north. Highly recommend!

Bliss had almost nothing in stock to try on. They advised us to order the dresses large so they could be altered, but suddenly they said they don't supply a seamstress for any of the bridesmaid dresses. If you need the dresses altered you're on your own. We would have been better off just ordering online from a bridal website.

Its a great shop for bridal dresses but prom dresses were scarce. Sizes and styles were far and few in between. Someone may find a gem but we did not.
