I had an amazing experience at that store! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. They had a wide variety of styles and sizes to choose from, and the quality of the products is outstanding. The store was clean, well-organized, and made shopping so enjoyable. I HAVE ONLY ORDERED ONLINE. THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. MY ITEMS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO DAMAGES THUS FAR WITH THE PRODUCT ✊ ON ?!! THEIR MERCHANDISE HAS A TENDENCY TO BRING A LITTLE SOMETHING DIFFERENT THEN WHAT OTHER SHOE RETAILERS ARE SHOWCASING. I ADVISE ANYONE IF U ARE INVESTED IN A SNEAKER THE ‘STELLA SNEAKERS’ IS THE BESTS. THE SHOE IS VERY COMFORTABLE EASY TO WALK IN AND CAN BE DRESSED UP OR DOWN. I AM A TRUE SIZE A EIGHT AND THE SIZE 8 FITS MY FOOT JUSTS FINE HAS PLENTY OF ROOM GIVES AN ALLUSIONS OF A SMALLER FOOT SIZE. ALL THE SHOES ARE IN WHOLE SIZES SO IF U ARE HALF SIZE U MIGHT WANT TO GO UP THE NEXT WHOLE SIZE. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WILL MAYBE BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM HERE SOON.
THE FIORE SANDALS (BOUGHT - MAKES FOOT LOOK SMALLER FOR BIGGER SIZES) IS ALSO A CUTE LOOK AND IT IS ON SALE PEOPLE.

Be careful shopping with this brand.
The five star reviews left on here about the company aren’t accurate, because they are from EMPLOYEES writing reviews to make the business look better!! Everything that glitters isn’t gold! This brand is not authentic and the craftsmanship is mediocre! I saw an employee in the Northbridge location gluing sandals back together one day! If you want quality Milano products search elsewhere!

I have never seen more stupid sales associates in my life . I try on a pair of shoes that are size 7 and too big. The sales associate brings out 2 more size 7 shoes and tells me “they are custom made so the size my vary”. I try to explain to her the mate to the size 6 floor model is missing in my size and has nothing to do with the shoe being hand made . I ask he to call a local store - which she does not do . I call the local store asking for the Anna Loafer style and the associate says she “ will call Anna for the shoe”. God help us all …. Thank god these idiots work selling shoes and nothing more important . Bought the shoes on line - be ware
