The display shoe I purchased was directly on top of a sale price tag, and rang up more than $20 over that price the manager refused to honor the price stating that the display shoe was put in the wrong spot and she couldn’t see how that was misleading when I said I purchased the shoe under the impression it was the sale price. Very dissatisfied with my experience there

If no stars were an option.. that's what I'd give. I visited because my toddler and her brother needed new tennis shoes. We found a pair for my daughter that fit..that she actually wanted... We then tried to find my 18 month old some as well. We were not greeted upon entering. She did not even so much as to look up from behind the register area to acknowledge that we had come in the business. She did not offer to help when clearly I could have use the help to find what we came for more easily. I am quite disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service we experienced. I am a retail manager of 13 years. I specifically managed a shoe store at one time. I was simply trying to shop local for something we desperately needed. I suppose I will continue to shop in Branson, MO. instead.

My daughter and grandson just had police called on them after purchasing another pair of shoes. They have a return policy that an employee has in past tried to refuse to honor. Our family has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in these stores. AFTER this NEVER again. May she have the day she deserves.

Found what we were looking for but price on shelf was not price each of my two items rang up at register. $54.99 was price on shelf for each and one rang up $64.99 and the other $59.99! Very disappointed!!!
