I was told by 1 of there employees that my boot even though it had a hole in the toe that they could apply there tuff toe product to the boots and fix it. Well 3 trys later there product failed. I guess they let anyone apply it, even though they are not qualified because it looked like it was applied by someone that obviously didn't know what they were doing. All I kept getting were excuses, it must be the boots fault. No refund at all, they can take my money and use it in some classes to show them how to do it. Pitiful.

My shopping experience was amazing thanks to this girl named Sidney. She greeted me at the door, and I was initially unsure of the boots I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Sydney she asked a bunch of questions about my job and narrowed my choices down to 3 potential candidates that she believed would work best for me. After trying them all on i made my decision. She was very knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed when trying on the boots. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND having Sydney help you find your next pair of boots.

It was actually kinda weird… The one and only person working there was very nice but seemed very scatterbrained. Took a few times for my transaction to go through. I was actually charged 3 times before it went through on your system. Super weird right? About half way through my visit, another person came into the store and walked straight up to the employee and interrupted my boot fitting. Weird again. The boots fit well tho. lol.

This place needs some quality employees. They sell you defective boots and then the excuse is regarding if they can resell them or not. You sold defective boots, I don’t care what you need to do with them but now I have a brand new pair of boots that make my feet go numb after a half hour. You can look at them and see one is stitched tighter than the other. After talking with Julie on the phone and going back in, Omar was able to get me taken care of.

Can the owner of the store contact me I would love to talk to him about a situation I had at the store today. 7/18/24 I was the first customer. If he could just check the cameras he would know why I need to have a word with him.
Thank you.

Worst experience I’ve had with Redwing to date. Bought new boots for work that just happened to be redwing worx. Was told since I wore them once to work that even though I am unable to wear them because they are pinching my feet that they don’t honor the 30 day return policy and they are mine. They were bought through a company account and I will make sure they are aware and look into different options when it comes buying boots in the future. I feel like this could have been avoided if the person working would have taken the time to measure my feet before taking my order.

Been getting boots there for several years now. Never disappointed. They are comfortable to wear & durable. This past year however, I ordered a pair on March 27 and still have not received them. Phone calls are going unanswered and when I go in, the clerk has no idea on when they are going to come in. I emailed the company over a week ago and again it has gone unanswered. It seems like their customers are not important to them. The last time that I tried to go into the store, the sign on the door said they closed at 7:00. It was 4:15 and they were closed! Very disappointed in this whole situation. I can understand waiting a couple of weeks for them or maybe even a month. But 9 months and counting. That is a little ridiculous.

Took a pair of boots back that the sole failed on. They questioned me about if I worked with salt and then my occupation. In which "Perry" told me that my boots are not for that kind of use and there was nothing he could do. He also told me red wind does not warranty any soles. I will never give them another penny.
