The prices are miss and hit, though the clearance prices are solid. Always a fun experience, even if you're just perusing for inspiration, or making content. One of the best places to go after getting food to beat the heat without paying for your own A/C. 10/10, love this store.

Very disappointed with the Christmas return policy. I asked an employee prior to purchasing if there was a special return policy for Christmas items or if it was the 90 day return policy? The associate pointed to the sign and mentioned the 90 day return policy.

There is only one sentence on the 2nd paragraph regarding Christmas merchandise. At Home should be more transparent regarding their Christmas return policy and should train their employees on the return policies so they do not mislead their customers and provide false information.

I will not purchase Christmas merchandise from At Home again.

First time being in this store! Absolutely amazing! Sammie was such a doll and helped me and my boyfriend with our thousands of questions! I was surprised by the manager Janice though, the whole time Sammie was helping us, she was yelling at Sammie through the headset the whole time basically telling her to stop helping us. At one point another employee stopped Sammie to tell her Janice was asking for her to stop what she’s doing ( helping us ) to go do something else. Sammie was doing amazing and Janice should learn better customer service being a manager!

I enjoy shopping here, I love the variety and selection, so much to see and choose from. I wish the fragrance they used at the entrance could be replaced. It is overwhelming and has made me so sick to the point that I've gotten headaches and nausea so bad I can't stay in the store for very long. But love the store.

At home is one of my favorite stores ever! I can get lost in the store for hours looking at everything. This time I had the pleasure of having Brooklyn as my cashier. Let me just say she is simply amazing. Super sweet interaction. Made us laugh. And while having a line she was pretty speedy with checkout while keeping a smile the whole time! I will definitely be back! Shout out to Brooklyn!!! Thank you for everything!!!!! 😀

The staff at At Home were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about specific products, and they were quick to assist, offering valuable suggestions without being pushy.

However, the only drawback I noticed was that some areas of the store could use a bit more attention in terms of organization, as a few shelves were slightly disheveled. Additionally, while the prices are generally reasonable, some items felt a bit overpriced compared to similar stores.

Overall, At Home is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to enhance their home’s aesthetic. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
