This particular location is not what I expected. The manager was very nonchalant. He apologized but still lacks the "make it right enthusiasm" needed to run the store, and his attention to detail cost me double fuel and time. Needs better management. I'm not sure I'd go to this particular location again. I'll stick to the one in Benton. I paid a lot of money for work work boots, and this is what I received. I had to wait until the next day to return and get the new boots. Come on, guys. Attention to detail.

Will the Manager spent 1.5 hours with my son and I so we could get the perfect shoes! My son said “That is the nicest manager I’ve ever met!” I said “I agree! He is very kind and patient!” We love our shoes!

The salesmen talk me into get there in solo for my shoes .my feet was hurting so bad and I was at the point I would do anything. So get them and take them back 4 times and they told me there not anything they can do for me . They hurt my feet . I feel like I'm walking on a metal plate. I am on my feet all day . I told him what all my problems was and no help . He was not very nice at then end when I ask if I could get my money back or new insole or shoes . He look at me and said there not a thing I can do . But sale you some new shoes . Really !!! They cost so much more then buy a new pair of shoes. So piss

Got a great pair of hiking shoes. The staff, including those at the Red Wing that I first walked in, were friendly and yet polite. They were also very helpful in finding the shoes that fit my feet and purpose and knew their products. Very much enjoyed my interactions with them and am very satisfied with the purchase.

My son has special needs, and this is one of the FEW places that can fit shoes wide enough to fit over his AFO foot braces. They also have shoe cords to use since he has difficulty trying his shoes. James was my salesman and was very attentive to my needs!!! I even saw that they make custom orthopedic inserts! I will definitely return soon for more shoes!

On October 28th 2023, my family and I went into the store for the first time ever. I have a special needs grandson and I purchased all his shoes from New Balance. This was the first time in this store, Noone greeted us. Noone asked us did we need help nor try to provide us with any help. We was there for about 5 to 10 minutes with no professional Courtesy at all. This shouldn't happen at any store but it did to my family and I. I will continue online store for my grandson Please address the disheartening issue. Sincerely Regina Stith

The quality of the merchandise deserves 5 stars. The quality of service earned 1 star as one sales associate was NOT wearing a mask and the other one knew very little about the product. She asked if we wanted the same shoes we were wearing again and made no effort to inform us about the shoes. I now understand why ordering online and curbside pickup is encouraged. I am very disappointed.

Supporting local small businesses has it's privileges.
Yesterday afternoon, I limped into the New Balance store on Cantrall wearing a pair of NB 990 running shoes I had purchased from them a few months ago. The young man at the counter recognized me as a customer whom he had sold the shoes to only a few months before and offered his assistance. He looked at the shoes and determined that there was a defect and promptly went to the back and got me a brand new pair of NB 990v3, help me get them and them he waked over to the computer. I walked over to the counter, already satisfied with the service, card in hand ready to pay and he looked at me and said, "no charge, we'll just switch them out since you've only had them a short time".
That caught me off guard. That is not what I was expecting at all. May be a small discount but certainly not a completely free replacement.
All this took about 20 minutes, no hassles and I was grateful. Now, where do you suppose, I'll be purchasing my next pair of running shoes? You guessed it, my local New Balance store on Cantrell.
