Stop in this store on a regular basis once or twice a month for over 3 years. Between thrift store and store next door I usually spend $30 to $100 on each trip. I was waiting for a certain item to go on sale. When it went on sale I made a special trip to go buy it. I bought the item and some out her things and went next door to shop. While there a lady from the other store came over and asked to speak to me in the back of the store. When we got to the back room she proceeded to show me that the item I had purchased had one yellow sticker over the top of another. The implication was she thought I had somehow I had altered the price. The yellow stickers were covered by a clear piece of tape. I got pretty upset and asked her what exactly was she saying or trying to say. At that point she got a bit flustered and said she was not saying anything just wanting to show me what she found. Then she went back to the other store.
I was so upset by this confrontation I called the store the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I told the person about

Store is fine for a thrift but the prices hwre and next door are wayy too much. The Kohl's clearance has cheaper clothes. Gave it a few shots and wont be returning to either store.

Manager demeaned and humiliated my sister and I during a recent trip to this shop. We had been there a couple times before and only had issues with being overcharged but let those issues go due to "profits going to a good cause". This last time I wanted to purchase a plate but didn't realize it was without a price tag. Instead of nicely telling me about a 'no price tag, no purchase' policy, my sister and I were made to feel like we were criminals. In the manager's mind, somehow WE slyly removed a sticker, without leaving residue, and snuck it in our soon to be purchase. I was humiliated by the suggestion. I pointed out many other items throughout the shop missing price tags and was rudely dismissed. My sister and I were talked down to because I was from out of town. I addressed our experience on the shop's Facebook page and instead of publishing my review, I was blocked. I can only assume that the manager of this Christian shop is lacking in Christian values. I can't say if I will ever return. If I do, I hope to get a heartfelt apology from the manager for treating my sister and I in a heinous manner.

I have been coming here since it first opened many, many years ago (and before that when it was Ben Franklin.) Lots of things to be found here, odds and ends for the home, clothes , etc. I am short and have had good success with jeans and shoes here. They have a nice Christmas shop. If you need a replacement glass carafe for the coffee pot, Replacement lids, sewing notions -especially buttons and zippers- odd little things to fix things, this is the place. If it’s donated, it gets put out. They have things that other second hand stores don’t bother with , but you need.

Great thrift shop with amazing deals! They run specials all the time, so be sure to ask the friendly staff when you first enter! Feel free to mozy on over to the “store next door” (their sister thrift shop) if you don’t find anything at ETC. It’s a must stop if you’re in Eureka!

Inexpensive quality items. Clothing especially childrens clothing is a bargain. Nothing is worn out or stained. Ive gotten small appliances and they have always worked well. Items are donated and money made is used for missions.
