I am sick of this stupid store. Their coupons in the app don't half work. Every single time you have to comb over the receipt to make sure they have worked.
Or it is a blatant bait and switch, by having items of say one brand, say frozen vegetables, they are all on coupon except the "mixed vegetables " the shelves are not clearly marked and they are the same sized package but not included. So when you ring up none of them come up for sale.
And the way their registers work it is not easy to see if everything ringing up correctly.
Today I got some soda, had to get 3 to get the coupon price, OK no big deal. I get 3 different flavors, and I ring up and pay cash. Then heading out looking at the soda it overcharged me. The coupon didn't work.
So I go back in to the service desk, and she has to see my phone to see if I had clipped the coupon, and yes I had. Then she had to scan each item to make sure the they were on sale, and they were. So she OK we will adjust the price and issue a refund, which was almost $15.00
Then she is, "Oh you paid cash, well store policy if the refund is $10.00 or more we have to give a store credit" I HAD JUST PAID MY HARD EARNED CASH FOR THIS CRAP AND ALL IT GET IS "Store policy we can't give it back"
Forget shopping local, this is a corporate store not a shop local anything. I live nearby but since there is no other competition I feel they are ripping people off. I seriously considering deleting the app and not going back for the rest of the year.
I would give zero stars if I could.

County Market was good except selection of Coke/Soda/Pop was lacking for being the only place in town to get angthing.

Gibson City is one of my favorite East central Illinois villages, and this County Market is no exception. My travels frequently take me thru Gibson City, so whenever I need a few items for the journey (or upon return), I like to stop here. The employees are helpful and friendly...and it's a quick in and out. Today, I just needed some snacks and hygiene items.. Items were easy to find, and checkout was quick and friendly. Cheers !

If a store is open then the office should be open and not require the CUSTOMER to come back when customer service is open two hours later. After cashier rings items wrong needing a refund!
