ervice cost 1 star. I placed an order first thing in the morning, expecting it to be ready within three hours (from the store’s opening time) per the order email. By late afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check. They said they would start fulfilling it soon. I ended up driving to the store, picking out the items myself, and bringing them to the register—only to be told they had just pulled my order; it was an hour before closing.

That said, I’m grateful they had my items, and the man at the register was very friendly. The store was also much cleaner than the rest of the mall.

Had a fun time looking around for Christmas gifts. The employees were very fun and attentive. The greeter was definitely tapped due to it being so close to Christmas, so we totally understand the lack of and drain of the enthusiasm. But the store has great options. Though, the pricing of the Cubs polo shirts is WAY overpriced. Not worth $80, sorry, closer to $30-$40 at the VERY most.

The service and selection was excellent. I appreciate the 20% off coupon, but, it expires this weekend. It doesn't give me a whole lot of time to get back there. Overall, a good store.

Bought a shirt for my daughter a Blackhawks Hoodie. We tried to return it less than 24 hours after we bought it because we found one we liked better at a different store. It was never even tried on. They would not accept the return because there was red lint on the inside of the shirt. Half the shirts you sell are red. Maybe this shirt was stored next to a red blackhawks shirt at some point. The girl we spoke with said she could not resell it like that even though it was sold to us in that exact same condition yesterday. We have shopped at Rally house often. I honestly dont think we even took the hoodie out of the bag. We will never go back again. They are willing to lose customers to keep a sale. Not a great business.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I received an item as a gift and like 99% of gifts, the price was torn off but the tag was still intact. I had a receipt and wanted to exchange that item for something else. The inexperienced manager who looked like he just rolled out of bed and hated his life told me that since the price was not on the tag that they cannot take it back. I looked up the return policy and no where does it say an item cannot be exchanged if the price is missing with a receipt to go along with it. I even called CS and they said the store should have absolutely returned it. This store has people who don’t know what they’re doing running it. Do better Rally House!

Joel is the person you need at this store. Great knowledge of the inventory, answered my questions on the phone, then had everything ready by the time I got there knowing my urgency and short time to spare for the shopping. Answered more of my questions with a lot of patience and we got to enjoy a great game night because of his dedication. Thank you Joel!

Very great experience a lot of different merchandise.If I was rich I would have bought more.Maybe yo guys can give out some free shipping spree for the holidays.I will definitely return and my daughter told me about this store.
