I bought a suit for a wedding. And the sale was so good i bought another one. AND when i went to pick up the suit my phone died and i couldn't find my wife, they let me use their phone to call her. 5/5 no comments.

If you’re into drama, Joseph Bank is your place! The staff seems to fight more than help, and they’re so understaffed you’ll age waiting. When you finally get someone, they barely know how to use the systems—shocked they even know what an iPad is. Our bridal party was left scrambling because of their mistakes. Honestly, surprised they’re not bankrupt yet. Two stars because I feel bad for the workers—they’re trying, just not succeeding.

Great shopping experience-- nice mature staff who knew their stuff. Found a nice sport coat that fit perfectly, pants and some shirts. Lots of variety to choose from. Thank you for the extra time helping us find everything!

My friends and I came in to get two of us measured for suits for an upcoming wedding. The two looking for suits were a man and a woman, both of which are members of the LGBTQ community and present as such. We were not greeted, welcomed, or acknowledged upon entering and no one made any attempts to help us for over 20 minutes we were in the store. We finally approached a sales associate, who told us they would be with us in a few moments. 20 minutes later, we hadn’t been helped, with several associates milling about with nothing to do or helping straight presenting men right as they walked in. We left promptly. At the very best, this was extremely poor customer service. At the worst, it was gender and sexuality-based discrimination, which is disgusting and unexpected behavior in a town like Glenview. We left to go to a different store and I will be recommending others in the area to avoid this business and its unwelcoming, codgy staff at all costs.

Marc is the best suit salesman I've ever had. He listens to his Customers, master fitter, and is quick. The guys a class act and has a wealth of knowledge about the business. Worth it to come back just for him.
