Been a couple times and enjoy the store. This time I came in to pick up an online order and when I went to try it on, my 9month old started to fuss. The associate Whitney offered to hold him so I couls try things on in peace. Way above and beyond what I expect.

Yes, the pricing is a little high, but you get what you pay for.
Read the care tag first, if you don't want to use a dryer cleaner or lay flat to dry, select another garment.
I've purchased all my jeans and shorts here. My daughter only wears Torrid.

Normally I love going to this location because the staff is always so helpful and nice. However the manager, which I just learned is the store owner, was neither. She stood behind the counter the entire time we were there. We had to go look for someone else to help us because she offered none. Christy though was super helpful and very sweet. They did one thing right by hiring her.

Had ordered a couple shirts online for my daughter. Sizing online was way off. Found the same shirts in store SMALLER. Online sizing had my daughter as a XXL but she is not a big girl just very large chested. In store my daughter is a "0". Our instore customers service person was really helpful and we were told shirts purchased online can be returned with receipt which we have. Now my daughter has her correct size & a local store she can find tops that fit and do not make her look like a grandma at 21

Love the clothes... they are a little pricey tho! $45 bucks for a pair of shorts on sale!! We did get a good deal on underwear...5 pair for $35 plus I had a $10 off reward so even better!!

The ladies that work at this store are amazing. They always go out of their way to make your shopping experience a good one. I had packages that I had picked up from another store and they even offered to hold them for me at the checkout so I wouldn't have to hold them while I shopped.
