This is probably the best jewelry store I’ve ever been too!! I absolutely love this place and all of their jewelry. I have multiple rings from them and they handmade me a ring based off of an idea I had and I absolutely loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good quality jewelry!

I approached Sonya with an idea for my wife's birthday gift. I asked if she could create a pair of earrings to complement an heirloom pendant that she has owned for 10 years. What she created was absolutely stunning. Every detail, the color, shade, texture, and constitution of the metal as well as the pattern meticulously matched the original pendant so well that anyone seeing them together would believe they were originally sold as a set. My wife was speechless when I presented them. I am so thoroughly happy with the work but also had such a great experience during the design process. Sonya was prompt, responsive, communicative, and consistently on time with every step, and even kept me on track and so made sure they were ready exactly on time as promised.

I have been going to Katy Boldt for years! Such a great jewelry store and great for all ages. I always find the perfect piece of jewelry every time I go in. The customer service is also amazing! They truly treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door.

The owner here is the best. She has really helped my wife and mom with lots of different jewelry even if it was not bought at her place. My wifes wedding ring is spectacular. No one compares and comes close to the customer service you get from this jewelry shop

Brutal customer service. Went in to commission a necklace to give to my wife to commemorate the birth of our son. Was told it would be two weeks and they would call when it was finished. 3 weeks came and went with no call, so I visited the store to inquire and Katy acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, then made up some story about how its at the "setter." Two weeks later, still no necklace. A call to the shop got the machine, left a message and never heard back. Who takes an order for a custom piece of jewelry and just doesn't do it? Business must be good if you can just choose not to fulfill the orders you take.

What a special store. In a world of mass production, it's refreshing to see a jewelry store that makes their product by hand in the store. You can see your next piece of jewelry being made while you shop. How cool is that? Great quality, very interesting designs and affordable prices.

My little sister took gold ring of mine and had Katy put a diamond in it so it would match my other pinky ring. I wear suits and enjoy the look that these rings give. Well I just got a larger diamond and will be going back to have Katy work her magic and secure this stone in the ring. Also redesign it a little. I trust her and her judgement in design. Maybe when it is done I can get a picture of it on here,
