Pretty disappointed in my shoes 🙁 there was a stain on them that they were unsure they could remove, which I understood! However the stain is larger now and the suede in my shoes is completely ruined. These are normally a smooth suede and now they’re very rough and textured, ruined to say the least. $150 dollar shoes and $50 dollars for a repair attempt and an attempted cleaning, for them to be ruined.

Dropped off my shoes in bad shape, picked them up and they looked like a new pair of shoes. Heel was fixed, scuffs were gone, and the shoes were shined up.

I'm coming 25 miles, Indiana, to get a decent repair/cleaning of my family's footwear. And with real good customer services. Will continue to patronize this store. Can't find good shoe service in my area.

This shoe cleaner service is A1! I have seen reviews with lesser opinions of them and I can’t help but disagree. I have been twice and both times the finished product was excellent. The latest product is these shoes I brought in from my wedding in 2021’, hadn’t worn them since then due to the dirt. The shoes are brand new again and I love them all over. Thank you

Had a pair of boots repaired, they replaced the soles and heels and the work was fantastic.
Price was acceptable, turnaround time was very quick.

I took two pairs of high heeled Sandals to be cleaned and conditioned. They put a new insole on the J Renee sandal and it was not neatly done and they said that they were not able to condition the inside of the shoes where it was peeling because it was vinyl but they charged me $25 to do this work when I brought the shoes into the shop and they looked at them. They were supposed to clean and conditioned the Coach sandal in which they charged me $28 to do. The Coach sandal were still dirty when I picked them up and they told me that the dirt was wear and tear. He took them to the back and they cleaned the dirty off, so I could tell at that point that the shoes had not been cleaned or conditioned. So, I paid for nothing. The picture of the 3 pairs of shoes is the original look before I took them to this shoe shop. I have lot of shoes that need to be cleaned and conditioned, but I will not be bringing them to this shop.

Update: brought back in this bag to see how it can be fixed. They turned me away with a “nothing can be done now, just use it.” This bag essentially got botched over a very small tear. If you’re gonna go to this place just get shoes fixed. Not at all meant for careful/detailed work on luxury goods.

Brought in a Prada bag I absolutely loved. They added leather patches to the bottom corners of the bag (their suggestion to fix a small tear on the corner) and now the nylon doesn’t lay correctly. I rarely reach for this bag anymore ? I was heartbroken when I first saw it. The bottom is permanently scrunched now and the patches are not graceful whatsoever.
