I bought a lovely blue dress for my grand daughter aged three and offered it to her for her birthday. I ordered it via the website and was very pleased with it. It’s very nice and lined. The coton is good quality and the blue colour as seen on the website. I think I Will go to the shop in London next Time I go there.

I bought off a bunch of items a few month ago for the first time, pretty much happy with most items from the order but I'm quite disappointed at quality of the cardigan (photos attached) which seem to be made poorly. There are multiple loose threads hanging around, the bow is about the came off. They may not be a massive issue for someone however my expectation was quite high for the brand. I know I'd exchange it without a doubt but couldn't be really bothered doing all those return process.
(Update: Pepa customer service has kindly reached out to me to resolve the issue and everything is good now. I absolutely loved the was of approaching as it was professional and genuine. Thank you ❤️),

Pepa London has fabulous customer service. I bought some wonderful clothes for my grand daughter in london only to find they were too small . They swiftly exchanged them internationally at record speed at no extra cost. Amazing . The clothes are so sweet and well made!

The socks I ordered are great quality and a lovely colour. The sizing on the website is quite confusing (only showing age not shoe size) however customer service helped me. Not impressed I was charged £4.50 for an exchange though.
