I bought a pair of premium Redwings from here 4 years ago. They are still intact after 4 years of construction. Today I called for a copy of my receipt so that I can get them serviced for the first time. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and quick to laugh.
If you want quality with a life time warranty, this is the place to go.
They will even replace the laces.
Never had to though.

Moved to town several years back and drove by the store countless times but never went in. Finally visited the other day and was very pleasantly surprised. The store itself is lovely, clean and decorated with seasonal displays (and the new leather smell was divine, as a very olfactory person). Helpful, non-pushy staff. Good selection. Will be frequenting Duy's as our first stop for our shoe needs vs. a chain store in the future. Always happy to support a local small business, especially when you can see the care they put into their store ?

Took my 90 year old Mom in today for some new shoes. She has some physical issues with her feet which I mentioned as soon as we entered. We were directed to Cindy who was nothing less than terrific as she assisted Mom and I finding a shoe that worked for Mom. We have been customers for years and this is a prime example of why they stand out. Thank you, Duy's Shoes, for providing great customer service!

I have had four surgeries on my foot and buying shoes is often difficult. This is the most wonderful place to buy shoes. The staff asks you to have a seat and what type of shoe you are looking for. They bring every pair, loosen them, put them on, and tie the laces. Each walk in a new pair is unique and they want to know everything you're experiencing with each pair. They often know what shoe is best based on my complaints about other shoes. I love leaving knowing I have found the perfect show for me. They keep all my orders on file and will place an order if they don't have the shoe or size in stock. I have come back every year for the past 5 years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. In my opinion, this is one of the last places you can shop and get knowledgable help from staff. I watched a gentleman on staff, I'd say middle aged, sit eye level with a customer and explain to her quality vs price tag, why you should invest in multiple pairs of quality shoes, what you're paying for, and did it in a way that was respectable and was not pushy just to get more money from this woman. Duy's may just be a local shoe shop but it reminded me why shopping used to be an experience and a treat.

Very nice selection of shoes, boots and everything else you need and the staff is very, very friendly and very helpful. I forgot me everything that I needed.

First time visitors. We stopped by hoping to find a variety of Rockport walking shoes - no luck. However, the brands and models they have are nice. We will return to buy summer sandals. The lady that answered our questions is very pleasant. Thank you.
