11/2024 5* The store was fresh and updated in appearance. Clean and the staff was helpful. Mike Broederdorf was extremely helpful. We will see how the shoes perform now.

Mike was very friendly and explained to me the various aspects of my feet that are unique to me and presented me multiple options. He was informative and provided great insights. It is very clear that he knows what he's talking about and only wants to provide his customers the very best experience possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gain more information on their feet and find a shoe that's right for them.

I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received today. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to care about my getting a perfect sneaker for my needs.
Definitely check them out. And I was told they are rebranding in June 2024 to Big River which will offer additional brands.
I will never go anywhere else for my sneaker needs.

The service at this New Balance Store was above the norm! They assisted me obtaining the shoes I wanted in such a way as to make sure of the fit but allowed me to have the sale price I would have received back when I was going to order via the web. The service was such that you WANT to go back..

Update, I just recently returned to this location after it switched over to Big River… not impressed anymore.
