Barstools Etc. was top notch from start to finish. We recently remodeled our kitchen and have a unique space to fill with a kitchen table and chairs. From the minute we walked in the store and chatted with the owner, Ryan, we knew we wanted to give him our business. We were able to bring samples home and spent a lot of time deciding on exactly what would work best for us. There was never any pressure, and we were encouraged by the staff to wait until construction was completely finished to make our decision. Amazing customer service! We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. We highly recommend this store to anyone looking for custom made tables and stools/chairs at a competitive price.

Update: We moved and our new kitchen needed three more stools. So happy with how they came out. The two stools from 2021 are holding up well.

Customized two stools for the breakfast bar in our kitchen. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and provided us with great feedback to help us get exactly what we wanted. Friendly local business, I highly recommend!

My parents bought barstools here 20 years ago and they are still in amazing shape so this was our first place to look. The staff here was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Kevin helped us out with our kitchen barstools, he was a big help. He let us take home some fabric samples for us to decide on our cushion color. They came in about 3 weeks after we ordered. We were told a little longer than that so that was great. I will highly recommend them for any barstool needs for anyone in the future.

This is the best place to buy any of your chairs. Been there for over 21 years and we've been shopping there for more than half of that. Everything we've bought lasts forever. The staff makes it all even better. Extremely friendly and goes beyond customer service to ensure even kids stay entertained. We got bar stools and dining chairs and will continue to go back to them for their needs.

Best service I've ever ever had from a furniture store.

Tom and Ryan and the best.

They treated us so well including letting us bring a barstool home to try out to see if we liked it.

They let us put half down up front and were super transparent about everything. Amazing, amazing service.

We love our barstools in our nearly furnished apartment.

I Absolutely Love Barstools Etc.!! The customer service is phenomenal and they have an amazing selection of furniture and artwork. I Love the "back room" where you can find great deals on high end clearance items.
