I use On Target Sales often because of their excellent customer service and quality work. Today though, the owner and his son went above and beyond, providing service that you would only receive by supporting a local family business.

When receiving my pick up order today, I noticed that the name embroidered on a towel was misspelled. Without hesitation, the owner asked his son to buy the same towel I had purchased at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and, because I was gifting the towel the next day, the owner will be personally delivering the towel to my house that same night. This is a business that cares deeply about their customers and about providing good service. I will be sharing my experiences with family and friends, and will only be using this shop for my embroidery and screen printing needs. Thank you for going above and beyond! I appreciate your customer loyalty!

There was a complete display of shirts and uniform. Did not find a old sales record but was helpful in research and left an order. Delivery promised in eight to ten days. All in all better experience than an automated Q & A from an online vendor.
