Raul just delivered and set up our gazebo and patio furniture. All was completed in 90 minutes as well as an explanation of care for the above. He was very courteous and helpful. O would highy recommend using both American Sales and Raul for installation!!

Nice pool table, great price. However, the billiards kit we upgraded to has been a problem. Of note, they sent us a "temporary" kit because the color we selected was on backorder, which was nice of them. However, after 4 months, I called to check on the status of the kit to find out that our color has been discontinued. Now, out temporary kit is our permanent one, and it doesn't match the table. No other options were provided.

I don't understand how these corporations continue to violate contracts of sale, and consumers have no power to do anything about it.

I visited American Sale in Lake Zurich, IL. Lorenzo, helped me out, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a natural gas Napoleon grill, and it was delivered in less than a week! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! Good quality products, great customer service, and competitive pricing!

Our new hot tub from American Sale was just delivered and we are so excited. Tony Parbs helped us evaluate different brands and models, explained all of the features, and even encouraged us to try out a couple of the filled hot tubs for a test soak! This test soak turned out to be very helpful in making our decision.

Tony was immediately responsive from the first time I reached out with an inquiry. When we arrived at the store, he had already checked on availability of the models we were considering and provided us with an overview of the options. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and answered most questions off the top of his head, following up on anything else in a very timely manner.

We are very happy with our decision and the process could not have been smoother. We highly recommend Tony Parbs and American Sale!
