The absolute best! I brought two dresses in to be altered for my wedding, and the entire process was a breeze. I wanted to add a few customizations, like removable straps, and Sue delivered on the vision 100%. Both dresses fit like a glove and were so comfortable to wear the entire day. Her knowledge and skill made alterations the easiest part of the entire wedding.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Sue does amazing work! She turned my mom’s wedding dress into a bridal shower dress for me, such a special project and it turned out better than i could have ever imagined! She also altered my wedding dress which turned out perfect! P

Sue did such an amazing job transforming my wedding dress into the one I dreamed of! Throughout the whole process she was so accommodating on appointment times and made me feel so comfortable. Wonderful experience here! I’ve gotten bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress altered here. Sue is very professional and is easy to work with. My wedding dress was detailed and she altered it perfectly! She did the bustle which held up well all night. I also bought a consignment veil here which was very affordable.

I was absolutely terrified to get my large tulle ballgown bustled. When I read the reviews for personal touch, I felt confident driving an hour out of my way to feel the kind of comfort Sue's expertise brings. And the bustle You can't tell it's not a separate skirt entirely. Holy cow. She also worked with my medicine induced weight fluctuations up until the week of the wedding to keep me feeling good and keep my mind off my size. Satisfied does not begin to describe how happy I am that I found her. And if she's still in the industry for my child's wedding day, I know who I'd like to visit!!! I got my wedding dress altered here and the service was wonderful! I was given plenty of time to make adjustments as needed and she guided me with care and information. I would definitely recommend anyone getting a dress, including wedding dress, to be taken care of here. Wedding was 9/12/2020.
