Locally owned Western store. Huge selection at very reasonable prices. The boot section is almost overcrowded, but well worth it. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bonus, the store smells like saddle leather.

This place is crazy expensive. I was trying to buy a small stuffed animal that was 18.99. That’s expensive, but my little sister really wanted it. The lady at the counter said my total was 21.09. That’s over 11 percent tax. When I questioned it, she just repeated the total.

Overall: Stupid Expensive, Rude Staff, I will never be back.

Ordered on-line: Great customer service! Eployees are helpful and are customer-oriented. Inventory are up-dated and their order processing is efficient. I bought a pair of Abilene boots and they got delivered very timely, and their boots are exactly as described and seen on their website! This won’t be my last purchase and I highly recommend this business!

I tried to order a jacket for a Christmas gift and they did not look into ordering it like they said they would so I called after not hearing from them for 2 days and spoke to the only nice employee I ended up communicating with. She took my order after calling the company to assure I'd get it in time for Christmas and I paid for it over the phone. I called about it a week later to see about its status, the girl who answered knew nothing and i had to ask her to go out of her way to call them. She did so begrudgingly and still knew nothing. I waited almost another week and once again I had to ask them to call and check on my order. She said they were closed and knew nothing. She promptly asked if I wanted my money back. I was shocked because I was told I would have this before Christmas. I could not believe the lack of friendly customer service so I canceled the order and will never go to this local store again. If I had ordered this from Amazon I would have had it in time for Christmas. I prefer to shop local but they will never get my business back. This is also the second time I have written this so apparently someone removed my previous comment.

We specifically stopped by for a pair of boots for my daughter. The service is exceptional. The store is a little crowded; but, there's a nice selection of boots, jewelry, clothing, and unique decorative pieces.
