Great selection of Purude gear and school supplies, though a bit on the pricy side. Do note they moved to a new location in May 2024.

Seems to have more and have a wider selection than the University Bookstore. It is also much cleaner than the University Bookstore. I would recommend walking out to this place if you want Purdue gear.

Ordered a vest over two weeks ago for my wife. Finally, I called the store only to find out they don't have it in stock. I had to ask for a refund. No one bothered to take action on this order for over two weeks til I called. Definitely, do not recommend Follett's!

Ordered a $38 t-shirt a month ago and once I got it and washed it for the first time, the lettering/graphics peeled off. I contacted customer service and they keep giving me the runaround. They forwarded my concern to the store several times and I still don't have a resolution 3 weeks after my initial complaint. Terrible customer service and terrible quality!

Ordered some clothes Dec 18. Sprung for 2nd day shipping just to ensure receipt before Christmas. It's now the 26th and they have not even shipped yet. I do not recommend Follett's.

Mark the manager and Lucie the sales clerk definitely need a lesson in customer service! Absolute terrible experience trying to get textbooks before classes start, and after assurances they’d be here before classes start, here I am with no textbooks, with estimated shipping dates to arrive after classes. They’re absolutely no help, and I’m beyond frustrated.

Mark’s attitude needs a bit of a readjustment, after agreeing that the situation was unacceptable, he made sure NOT to go out of his way to remedy it. Would give 0 stars if I could, do not rent your textbooks here!!!!
