Always clean and staff is always so friendly! Today we went in and my daughter wanted a Guinea pig 🙂 the manager was so helpful and printed out a fact sheet for my daughter. We bought all the supplies and will bringing him home soon! She is so excited! Everyone was so great with her and answered all of her questions!

Ha e been bringing our dogs here for baths for some time. Recently myself, wife, and three year old were there giving the dogs a bath. My daughter needed to use the bathroom. Told use they didn't have one. My wife had to take our three year old to Kroger to use the bathroom. When I paid for the baths I asked if they have to go somewhere else to use the bathroom while they were at work. They said well we have a bathroom but it's for us only, because we ha e other animals in the back? Waiting to hear back from corporate on the issue.

I went in when we got a new puppie. He is a Chi-Poo and we needed help buying the best food for him. We noticed once we got him home that he had a swollen spot exactly above his private. The associate, Krissy saw it & suggested we try their RedFord puppy brand dry food. She helped us find other needed essentials,collar, harness, toys for his teething, etc. Within 24 hours of feeding him the new food, his swollen spot and other allergic areas had completely cleared up. His hair is much softer also. Without the help of the knowledgeable help of Krissy, our little guy would be in misery. Now, he is a happy, energetic member of our family. We will only buy their Redford brand of food and will be returning for all our need for this pup. Thanks Krissy!

Love the pick up option and that they leave little thank you cards when you pick up an order. I frequently get 25% off coupons in the mail and even without them, prices are similar and even cheaper than other places. I don’t know how they do it! My favorite place to get pet supplies.
