If you're truly interested to know what you get when you buy a car from Superior Auto then this is worth the read.

3 years ago my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Superior Auto and we're making payments on it, about 3 months into our contract my wife was t-boned and the car was totaled. Superior Auto worked with us to help get my wife and a new vehicle very quickly and they were great from start to finish. For the last 2 years payments have been made on a new vehicle like clockwork, the ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful the manager was very quick to work with that on any issues that come up, just an absolute great experience.

Now since probably July of 2024, there has been a complete staffing change in the building, since that staffing change we have had nothing but issues, flat out robbery, and a series of threat from the general manager Jason. I believe it was back in September we had missed a payment because my wife is out of work and instead of contacting me, the second name on the account, i instead came home to find out that my very ill and pregnant wife has had her car repossessed after only 3 days of a missed payment and zero contact. I immediately contacted Superior Auto where I was met with Jason, I explained to Jason that I was very upset if they just took the car without contacting me but that I would make a payment and get the car as soon as I could. I made my payment a few hours later but as my wife was very ill and I was working I had no way of picking up the vehicle that day. The following day Jason had called me and asked me why I didn't get the car yesterday and if I planned on getting it or leaving it which I felt was very rude and inconsiderate. I explained to Jason about my sick wife and that I would be there in my earliest convenience to get the vehicle and I had retrieved it that day. The following week I had noticed an additional $30 charge on the account and so when I went to the location to speak to them about it I was once again met with Jason, where his answers to me were "I don't know man, it says you owe it" when asked what the charge was he was not even aware of what it was for but immediately blamed the front office girls for it. Jason made threats to repossess the car again if the full car payment was not made which included the $30 charge that he could not tell me about. I become furious and I demand Jason get somebody higher on the phone. So Jason calls his boss bill, now Bill tells me that this charge is for not having full coverage insurance. To which I explained to Jason and Bill both that I do have full coverage insurance have always had full coverage insurance. So now I'm even more upset and confused on why this charge is on my account. Bill tells me that him and Jason will work on this over the next week or two and they will get it resolved. A few weeks later and a few $30 charges later Jason called me the day after the payment is due and asked me where the payment is and again I'm upset because there is another charge on it and when confronted with the question of why is it still on there you have seen that I have full coverage insurance I have shown you that I have full coverage insurance get the charger still on there his response is always I don't know it says you owe it. I have not received a single educated answer from the so-called general manager of this location. After weeks of getting no help and no answers I confronted the corporate office. I spoke to a woman and I explained the issues and within 2 hours she was able to take the CPI insurance charge off of my account as my account has full coverage insurance. I was told I would be receiving a refund for all of the charges that have been charged to me. I am still currently waiting for that refund. But as both Jason and Bill have in the past promised a refund in the next week or two I did not feel as though I will actually be getting this refund either. And it is well into the hundreds that has been wrongfully robbed from with me the fear of them just taking my wife's livelihood

I've been leasing my car through superior for years. They used to be very nice and helpful, but the new staff has really brought the place down. They're all RUDE, and do not want to help anyone when they're having issues with their vehicle. Would NOT recommend getting a vehicle from this location or even talking to or dealing with these people. Even the lady who has been there the whole time has an attitude and is rude. I am disgusted and appalled by the way she treated me on the phone. I am a single mother of 4, who needs reliable transportation for my kids, and she would not help, even though I pay for my car every week when the payments due. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in there just looking, they worked with me on the down payment, wasn't expecting that at all, the car they sold me is a nice vehicle, one owner and low mileage. Customer service was also great. what I noticed while I was in there and waiting, people that came in there to make a payment, was like family, they weren't treated like a number. I say if you're looking for a vehicle, give these people a try. So far so good for me. Thank you

Misty, Ashley, and tote-ily Julie are very lovely to work with if you are looking for a vehicle. Go swing by Superior Auto and check out all of there vehicles if they don't have one on there lot you want Misty will call other lots and get you the vehicle you want.
