I just had a delivery of equipment for a family member. I was a little overwhelmed, but the delivery rep Travis was super informative and extremely patient as I asked many questions . He took extra time with me to make sure I was well informed and comfortable with the use of all the equipment. If you have an opportunity to have service with this delivery rep, you will get quality care. It is such a nice experience to know someone still takes great pride in good customer service.

Nate delivered my husband's medical bed. Set it up and made sure we knew how to use both the crank and the electric. Very nice and very respectful. He works at the Richmond, IN location. You have great employees at this location. Give them a raise!

Dion/ Chris Sams were just wonderful. They were very kind and sympathetic when picking the equipment up after the loss of our loved one. There is no recourse for those who work long hours during the week and catch up on mail on Saturday. Called the number for billing questions and was on hold only to get to a recorded message that calls are only answered during 9am-4pm Mon-Fri.

I'm starring at two bills that add up to a huge bill that will get charged on Monday. I logged into the account online and I'm not allowed to stop the autopay option online for my account so I'm getting charged Monday whether I have the money or not.

I also don't know why I'm suddenly getting billed now in Aug for supplies that I received back in April. I'm being blindsided by a nearly $500 bill when it's been $50 a month since I got my cpap.

I will not be using this company going forward. I will go elsewhere and get my supplies for cheaper. And I will be informing my doctor's office of this bad experience.

Very disappointed with this company. Customer service gives the run around and it takes forever to talk to a human. Would not recommend them for your CPAP rental needs.
