We have only had our Culligan service 4-5 months. They say our door is always locked upon delivery, and they charge a fuel fee. The door is never locked. They don't leave salt or bottled water. I'm beginning to question if they even come. I just read a review that said they leave his salt on the porch.
They don't return phone calls or respond to online messages. Our softener has run out of salt twice. We paid a deposit up front for our 5 gallon water jugs. I just received our most recent bill, and they charged us again for water jug deposit. Which is what prompted me to write this review, since our experience has been negative from the beginning. I would recommend you search out options before choosing Culligan of Shelbyville.

Horrible place to do buisness, without notifying me they raised there rates by almost 300%. When I caught it 8 months later they said they had the right to charge whatever they wanted to and I should have known by keeping track of my checking account. I am currently filling a lawsuit against them. They threatened to come to my house and get there water softener without my permission. WOW I informed them I had 24 cameras 😙

I bought a new washer and new I needed a good water softener so I came here and everything was good at first before they changed owners then there new machines kept breaking down and it ruined my washing machine that I just bought! They refused to talk civil with me so I canceled my services.

For some odd reason this facility was bought out and everything been down hill from then. They now charge over double what previous owners charged. I'm an old man and there supposed to carry the salt in for me and they now just dump it on my pourch. Why would I pay for premium service when they don't do there job!

The Shelbyville Culligan has lost their local personal customer service years ago, I’ve rented a softener from them for years. I used to have a older style system that did great it finally went bad so they installed s new electronic system and I have had nothing but problems with it, I called to have them come and remove their junk system and they acted as if they could care less if I was a customer or not. The lack of personal customer service and the terrible systems they now have has turned out to be a very frustrating experience.

Great service's great salt they got the best salt on the planet the something about it just makes our software work so well or water is so soft I will never go anywhere else for myself it is wonderful
