Let me tell you something. I arrived this morning to Ft Wayne with some beat up puma’s that were making my feet melt. I’ve had the same beat up pair of kicks for months now. My feet have been begging my wallet to dish out some love and finally found the perfect place to appease them. The moment I walked I was greeted by some awfully nice and knowledgeable employees. I got my feet 3D mapped and pressure point analyzed and found out my feet aren’t actually the same size. So cool. Anyway had my eyes on some sweet shoes and now I’m rocking them. I’m so excited. I’m not a runner. I’m a coucher. I’m probably now considering moving my butt ever since I donned these fresh puppies. Anyway. The place is awesome, staff is amazing and now my feet love me. Thank you!!! Check out my happy feet and my boss who greatly approves!

I have very unique footwear requirements and attempting to purchase economy grade shoes on Amazon or big box stores was not working. When my friends recommended Three Rivers Running Company, I had high expectations. To my delight, my experience EXCEEDED my high expectations! I worked with Kiara who carefully listened to my input, very politely and professionally shared observations on my walking pattern, and recommended several options based on her experience. The environment was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable taking as much time as I wanted to work through the options. And when they didn’t have the size/color option I preferred in stock, they offered an option to drop ship directly to my house at no additional charge. I had an incredibly productive visit and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing shoes here to everybody! (I am not a runner!)

Lilly was our sales associate today and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. My mom wears a brace and she finally 2.5 years later found a shoe to fit and work comfortably for her! Thank you Lilly!

I had a great experience here today! I feel terrible I didn’t catch the name of the gal who helped me, but she did a great job. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She was super knowledgable, efficient, and taught me some things to look for in a shoe if ever I’m shopping independently. I’ll definitely be back next time I need new running gear or new shoes.

Carissa was great when I stopped in last week for some casual walking shoes. She explained the anatomy of my foot and what shoes would work best for me well. I chose her first pick and have already put about 10 miles on them. They are the most comfortable shoes I've worn and I'm very happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend this store and will be returning for future purchases.

Went in about 30 minutes before closing on a weeknight and I was able to get help right away. The associate was knowledgeable enough - matching what my podiatrist said on supination. Decent number of colors in stock available in various brands/styles and the prices on the new trends were competitive with online stores ($0-$10 higher than Amazon). I bought shoes from them in 2008 and they're impressively still a quality local retailer!

Introduced my wife to this store and it’s now her favourite place to buy running shoes. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Every staff member that has assisted us has always been able to offer advice and suggestions based on our individual needs. They never push a sale or a specific brand or style other than to offer what shoe would most likely be most beneficial for its desired use.
