Made an hour drive here to purchase maternity clothes, as I had got an excellent selection at a great price here 3 years ago. But when I arrived they told me they got rid of all maternity clothes. Very disappointing considering I needed a place to get second hand nice clothes when I need them for a short period of time, this SHOULD be the place I can depend on.

I’ve purchased some really great clothes from here. Their prices are far more reasonable than simply chic, and are honestly more competitive than Plato’s closet. I have only sold here once, but I took a batch of clothing items that Plato‘s closet turned away. They surprisingly bought a lot of it and offered me a decent amount for the purchase. Their clearance usually has pretty good stuff. Also, sometimes I feel like employees at these type of stores can be judgy. I haven’t received that vibe from these employees.

Alyssa has excellent customer service! She greeted me as I came into the store and asked if I needed any help with my items in the car. She carried some items while holding the door open! She is very friendly and welcoming! Alyssa said Wray trained her and she did a wonderful job!

I have been to the Atlanta clothes Mentor several times. This was my first visit to Fisher's.... prices were much higher, and items are in poor condition, at fishers' location, compared to the atlanta store!

I brought individual items in at first. First experience was good. Had no clue about their policy about how things are supposed to be brought in for sale (in a bin, one at a time). It’s not posted anywhere in the store. Brought a few bags in (not trash bags) & was somewhat scolded when I walked in by an older woman with wavy hair. I had errands to run & within 10 mins of leaving I get a text saying my drop off it complete. I immediate knew I was getting all of it back. I returned several hours later & my suspicions were confirmed. Full pass due to style & wear. Ha! I had items in there bought within the last 6 months that were never worn (Nike, ADIDAS, boots, converse, etc).

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially bad ones but this place was terrible. I collected some of the nicest clothes, some luxury, and all in very good condition. This took me quite a long time to do, not to mention the 1.5 hour drive to the store, just to be met at the counter with a rude employee that made me seem like an inconvenience. I had a large tote, and after waiting for 2 hours and not receiving any text or notification that my drop-off had been sorted through I decided to go back in and check on it. (They said when I dropped it off I was first in line and it should be done fairly quickly). I walked through the store and checked out the racks to see what they had, and in my opinion the clothes were low quality, over priced and the workers were rude! I went back up to the counter to ask if my stuff was done, it looked as if it hadn’t been touched, and the girl told me, “it’s gonna be an all pass today”, and she said it had been done for a while! I sell clothes all the time, I had no problem with this and believed them when they said they had too much inventory. The issue was how rudely the employees talked to customers, including the store owner on the phone with another customer, and I never received a text and wasted hours waiting for it. The owner eyeballed me as I walked out, she won’t ever get my business, and hopefully no one else’s. Be nice to your customers, it goes a long way while trying to run a business 🙂

I have re-sold my clothes at this location for years. Today I went in and was treated so rudely I took my bins and left. One lady there with curly blonde hair immediately jumped on me when I walked in with two bins, which is what they normally take and said we’re only taking one right now. Fine I get that. Then I said I wanted to pick things out of my two bins and make it into one, giving them the best things. She said, and they can’t be overflowing either in a very nasty tone of voice. My bins were full to the top, but they were not in any way overflowing and everything was neatly folded . I work at a high end women’s clothing store, and those are the things I have to sell. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. There is no reason to be that rude to your customers ever.

If you have a nice clothes, do not bother bringing them to this location this is like the third time that I've brought several clothes from the Loft, banana, Old Navy, all in good condition I have worked in retail, so my clothes are hardly worn. Last time they took nothing this time. I had a huge tub and they took like four pieces not worth your time unless you are a young person with skimpy clothes. I had at least 75-100 pieces and a huge variety of items. You can't tell me that you weren't in need. Like the last review, you have very young people working in there but, not all you shoppers are young. I am middle aged and used to buy from you and even on line but, I will not be anymore, because the items that you are taking do not work for middle age. I would love a middle aged women to go through my items and see the difference. They only work for my 24 and 20 yr old. Total waste of my day taking them there. I will go to Consign by Design on 96th street from now on. They know what style is. Very disappointing!!
