I was visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and saw the Red Wing store decided to stop in. The young man working was a jewel. I told him I was looking for work boot for my fiance who is an over road truck driver. He privide me with various options and after my fiance tells us it's just a boot the salesman goes to the clearance section and had his size in a boot at a very reasonable price, we got the kit to keep the boots in good condition. Overall my shopping experience was great.

Excellent customer service. I went in today to return some work shoes and the gentleman, I wish I remembered his name, that was working went above and beyond to help me find some that would work better for me. Very impressed!!

Jody was great. He knows a lot about a proper fit and how important that is. Freindy and professional. You get what you pay for and if it cost a little more that's ok with me. His customer service was well worth it. I was in and out within 30 min. This was so much better than going to three different stores and leaving without a pair of boots. Such a nice place! Guy was a bit busy but still managed to give everyone individual attention. The boots my husband got were perfect! He said they were extremely comfortable right out of the box! Can't beat that. They also are steel toe and completely water proof. Think we made a good investment in boots that should last longer than previous ones! He even gave us $20 off!! Can't beat that!! 🙂

The store may be nice and the folks are fairly friendly ..

And they should be because if you were able to buy a pair of shoes there they should give you the royal treatment..

Because the selection is less then steler and the prices are just rediculous..I mean you can order any pair they have direct from the company online and get any pair in there a $100.00 dollars cheaper ..

I would not recommend anyone shop there unless you go get a loan from the bank so you can make payments on them ..

Rediculously over priced..
And not even a decent selection of boots ..

I would stay away from there unless you like over paying for shoes and boots
