I walked in as the door was just closed by another customer. The lady working immediately went to the girl who walked in before me - asked how she was doing and if there was anything specific she needed / to let her know if she needed help. She said not one word to me yet two girls who walked in probably 2-3 minutes after me were immediately greeted by her as well. I’m not sure why I wasn’t asked if I needed help with anything or if I was shopping for something specific, but it sure made me walk right back out! Don’t pick and choose who you greet - each customer should be approached the same!

What a sweet store with even a sweeter staff! They made “jean shopping” so easy and accommodated my every switch of try ons! I’ll be going back for all my jeans!

Perfect! Every employee and the owner were so helpful. The clothes are top notch and many choices. Such a friendly, happy atmosphere. (the total opposite of the shop we went to next door) These ladies here definitely added more fun to our sister outing! Thank you and we will be back! 🙂

Kylei Harness went out of her way to get a different size in a dress I wanted for a gift. I have not had that type of service from anyone. I was so happy and surprised! I really like this boutique. When I am looking for something special, I feel I can always go here.

Poor quality for a lot of money

Bought this a size higher than normal, very flowy and pretty pattern. First time I wore it (on my honeymoon) seams broke in 3 places. Very disappointing

These ladies are amazing. I love them. I always find what I want and then some. They are so patient. And have such great ideas of the clothing. Amazing customer service. I even had a hand written thank you in my bag. Can’t say enough good things about Southern Fancy

This is one of our favorite boutiques in Zionsville. The lady in there was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful clothes and atmosphere. There is a small couch for the men to sit and wait on their wife, girlfriend, daughter or mom. I highly recommend this store!!

I love love this place! It is so clean! The owner is so nice and I feel so welcomed here every time I come! This is my favorite place to shop! Stuff always so helpful and you can tell they know a lot about fashion! Overall very nice people! And yes I recommend this place to anyone!!!
