Went to Fleet Feet for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the entire process. It was very busy when I arrived but the employees were very organized and took my name for the next available team member. The wait was very brief. I really appreciate how much time and expertise they spend with each customer assuring their needs are met and they are fitted with the perfect shoe for their needs. I worked with a very impressive young man named Aaron O. He was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process and explained everything for me. Thank you Aaron for all your help. I cannot recommend this store/location enough. Wonderful experience.

I have a friend who is 93yrs old and was having pain in his knee going up the stairs and also pain by his pinky toe. I took him to Fleet Feet and they did the Fit Me. Well Faith our sales person was so nice, patient and friendly also knowledgeable. That when we left he couldn't believe how comfortable the slip on was. When we got home he put the gym shoe on and the pain going up the stairs was so much better, almost no pain and the pinky toe was even less painful. He was like a little kid with a new toy. Wore his gym shoes all day long.

Cool store!!! Always knew it was there never needed to go in I am not a runner. I needed better inserts than OTC ones and the shoes are just so much more stable walking on a bum hip. You have feet or walking issues go here!

I was so skeptical about the process bc I’ve tried another FleetFeet location in Chicago and the running shoes didn't work for me. However, the insert paired with the shoe have allowed me to land mid foot which has been a challenge in the past! After first 5 miles I didn’t have knee or ankle pain at all! Thanks so much!
