Winter Song

I bought a pair of shoes from the redwing website unfortunately they did not fit. I called up the store and had a conversation with the manager. And she assured me that I could exchange in store. The first trip was a disaster. Due to a disinterested employee, I called the manager up again a few days later. I was assured that it would be handled and I could bring them in and exchange them since I'd never worn them. Unfortunately, I ended up getting COVID and had a wait-a-bit. When I did get up there to exchange them for a different size, I met with the one I spoke to previously. she and the other lady who was working that day were very nice and very helpful. They got me a proper fitted pair, and I was a little hesitant with the new style, but so far, I like them, and they seem to be working out well. I even got some insoles and conditioner for my boots. though the conditioner made them a little darker, I don't mind because in my lineup work, they'll probably be black in a few months.

I love this place. This is single-handedly the best shoe store experience I’ve had. It’s neat, very friendly staff( Eric is especially awesome and helped me flawlessly and left no confusion with any question I had) and there is a foot machine that told me my true size. My boots fit perfectly and the first try on. I have wide feet and they were available. I can’t wait to come back in again. Have no doubts and try them out it’s worth it.

I just stopped in and was helped by Eric. He was great to deal with. He got me sized up on their scanner. Helped me try on a few different pairs of boots. I eventually found a pair that I immediately liked. Eric was super helpful with tips and advice since this was my first pair of Red Wing Heritage boots. I'll definitely be recommending this Red Wing locations and Eric to people I know.

Edit on December 21: Initial service was great but I wasn't told the boots were not returnable for fit issues once worn. So now I'm out a bunch of money and have boots I can't use.

Eric Rouhselang was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was the only employee at the store and he was able to remain calm and help every customer in a timely manner. He was very nice. Would recommend this store to anyone wearing redwing
