She listened to my feedback on every single dress I tried on and gave me just what I was looking for. She was incredibly kind and professional. All of the staff members were very welcoming and they all complimented me several times as I tried on dresses . It was such an easy and pleasant experience. One of the most special events I’ve ever had the ability to attend, and seeing my best friend look her absolute best and an absolutely gorgeous dress! The staff at Catherine’s bridal are incredibly friendly, polite, and extremely helpful! Positive and honest, my friend found the wedding dress of her dream! It incredibly beautiful art deco style mermaid shape that complemented her old-fashioned style perfectly! They were a big part and making sure that her wedding was a complete success!

Gorgeous dresses, amazing staff, and very accommodating. They were able to get me a same day appointment and then when I had to move my already very soon wedding up to three weeks after my appointment, they were very willing and able to get me the alterations I needed done so that I could wear the dress for my late father to see me get married. Elescia was really great in hyping me up and getting me to a place where I could confidently tell my mother that I'm getting the dress I want and not the one she wants. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends as they get engaged and start planning their weddings!

Catherine’s provided the most amazing bridal appointment I could have asked for! The pre-appointment process is super detailed and they ask a great variety of questions to get a clearer vision of what sorts of dresses you are looking for. I also loved the opportunity to utilize their “lookbook,” to favorite dresses they had in stock prior to my appointment. It also was a great way for me to involve my roommate, who had the flu and was unable to come in person, so she could look through dresses with me and favorite the ones we both loved!

The appointment itself was better than I could have ever imagined! They were able to accommodate seating wonderfully for my friends and my mom who came. The changing room was initially stocked with 3 different dresses and as I tried each of them on, the stylist, Cameron (who literally, BEST STYLIST EVER!) asked for details about which parts of each dress I liked and disliked. As I tried different dresses on, I loved their process of being able to “heart” and “favorite” two at a time, which took a lot of pressure off from having to only have one top dress at a time. When I had it narrowed down to two dresses, they had me put the two back on, and they added the veil and a necklace to give the vision of what it would look like on my wedding day. They had me close my eyes as they did this, so when I opened them, I got to feel the surprise and excitement of the dress like the guests do, even as the bride.

When I was doing the final reveal for the dress that ended up being THE ONE (yes, I was one of the brides who found her dress at her first appointment there!), Cameron queued the song I had mentioned in passing that would be my fiancée and I’s first dance song. It made the moment so special for me and it made picturing myself in the dress on my wedding day that much more amazing!

I am so glad I get the experience of being a Catherine’s Bride and am so thankful to all of the stylists for the amazing work they do! Catherine’s made the experience perfect and I’m glad they’re the ones that get to be a part of this journey with me!

I just so happen to be visiting family in IN, and I wanted to be able to take my grandma with me to try on some dresses. We were not expecting to find anything- and they were still willing to let us try on as many even if we were more than likely not buying one. Cameron was the best part of this whole experience. There was one dress I had tried on and I loved it but felt like it was missing a little something, I explained and she knew exactly what to do. We ended up adding some applications to the top and it. Was. PERFECT. I had tried on over 70+ dresses at this point and to be able to find one and in a special area (the city my dad was born in), it was meant to be. About 2 months prior to our wedding we ended up losing the applications that were sent with us (also we found them 4 days after the wedding lol). I called and they were able to send ones that we ended up adding to the dress. I just want to give a big thank you to Catherine’s and Cameron for having my dream wedding dress.

I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, especially brides looking for professionalism, reliability, and empathy. My experience here was not only disappointing but downright unacceptable, particularly given the high stakes of preparing for a wedding.

I purchased a gown for $1,600 (plus tax), trusting that I was in capable hands. Instead, the dress was unwearable due to fit issues that were overlooked at the time of purchase and worsened by botched alterations. Even after seeking help from another seamstress to try and fix the mistakes, the gown still didn’t fit properly.

What made this ordeal even worse was the shop’s complete lack of care or accountability. From the beginning, they failed to inform me that the dress I chose would require highly specialized alterations beyond their expertise or that the style might not suit my body type. When I reached out after their alterations left the dress unusable, their response was indifferent. There was no acknowledgment of the stress I was under, no genuine apology, and no remorse for the situation they had caused.

With just a week until my wedding, I was forced to scramble to find a replacement dress. The emotional toll of this, combined with the financial burden, was overwhelming. By the end, I had spent over $4,500—between the original dress, multiple rounds of alterations, a replacement gown, and emergency tailoring for the new dress. For a bride on a budget, this kind of financial strain is almost unthinkable, not to mention the sheer anxiety of having to rush to find a new gown so close to the big day.

While the shop refunded the cost of their original alterations and offered $400 as compensation, it felt like a hollow gesture. When I later asked for a full refund on the dress itself, they simply ignored me. Their silence was insulting, given the stress and expense they had caused me at what should have been a joyful time.

Brides deserve so much better than this. Planning a wedding is challenging enough without worrying about whether your dress will even fit or whether the shop you trusted will stand behind their work. I hope they take this feedback to heart and start treating their customers with the professionalism and care they deserve.
