First time here. Looking for a zipper repair on my wife’s snow boots. Owner was super helpful and shared a bit of the history of the business. He’s looking to sell the business in a couple of years. It’s a nice shop!

My first experience with this business far exceeded my expectations! I had a minor shoe repair and a bag zipper that wasn’t closing properly. While the owner doesn’t typically work with zipper replacements, he tried an adjustment with the zipper and fixed my problem. The quick repairs and knowledge really impressed me and I will take anything I need fixed in the future to Violi. I appreciate the “small town” feel Violi has and recommend this business to everyone!! Fair prices and EXCELLENT customer service!

Best experience by far with any service in Mishawaka!!! Owner was friendly and went out of his way to help repair a pair of dress shoes. Service was extremely fast and top quality. I drove a few extra miles than a closer place from Notre Dame (about 2 extra miles) and I am thrilled I did! Price was very reasonable too!!

Complete disregard for peoples time. Your hours of operation list Monday to Friday 9-5. I arrived before 5 on a Friday and you were closed. But you told me to come on Friday to pick up. Drove all the way from Granger to find that you were closed. How is that respectful of the customers who bring you work. I am quite upset because of how much I drove for nothing. So annoying.

He was amazing! My brand new Christian Louboutins $900 heels the tips broke off BOTH heels after wearing 3-4 times. He fixed both and looks amazing. Highly recommend and will bring him the rest of my shoes that need fixed!
