The store is ok. As a seller, not so great I've taken brand new items and nice designer stuff and didn't get anything for them. Was looking around and they were selling some items expensive and they looked really used. So, I was confused about that. I did see some nice things. I bought cute earrings.

I wish I could give zero stars. The last two times I’ve taken clothes there with brand new tags on them from American Eagle and Hunter boots brand new and coach purses and Steve Madden shoes. They want to give me $20 for like $190 worth of clothes and shoes. They are a freaking Joke sell the stuff on your own don’t even sell to them.

I had heard that they have personal stylists who can help you find just the right clothes that you looking for, so I thought I would give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Rachel had a dressing room all ready for me with a huge selection of clothes, shoes, and jewelry for me to try on. She did a FANTASTIC job! She picked things that I probably would have missed out on, and they were perfect for me. Rachel was super helpful and really friendly. Would highly recommend!

Drove an hour to sell some clothes. had 4 full trash bags of name brand, never worn, clean clothes. They didn't even touch 2 of the bags. and from the ones they did they only took 5 items and paid a total of $10. Id also like to mention that they wouldn't take scarves, understandable because it's summer, but they also wouldn't take dresses, which i found very interesting because there were only dresses in the display window. i decided to take a look around and all the clothes were tacky, super old, and had the texture that can only be described as over washed cotton. They also wouldn't take any bags.

Always thankful to shop at Clothes Mentor - you can't beat the selection of name brand items and the employees are super friendly. It's a Double Win when they buy my gently used items and then I get to shop for new things to add to my wardrobe with the credits I receive!

Shopped here multiple times and never had any issues. Last time I went their system wasn't working right and ended up charging my card 3 times and over drafting me. The lady said it would be returned at midnight. It was not so I called back and they said they were working on it I waited a few days and my money was never returned so I disputed it with my bank. A week later and the money was taken out again because their system denied the dispute. Called in and talked to the owner, gave my card info and a week later I haven't heard from them and haven't got my money back.

the best place ever to buy clothes! super affordable and the staff is so sweet and helpful! i’m able to buy name brand items for less in like new condition! i love coming here to shop!!
